Probably 'cause it's hard to swallow Padme going from 'barely showing' to 'full term' in 9 days!!:)

Obi-wan going to see Padme happened the same day that Anakin said good-bye to him. In fact, before hand. Anakin leaves at dawn to go back to the Temple, after staying at Padme's all night. Obi-wan shows up not long afterwards and had his talk with Padme. Then he returned to the Temple to make final preperations, which is when he and Anakin have their conversation. We go to Obi-wan taking off for Utapau. Then there's a cut scene where Anakin talks to Palpatine about the Delegation of 2000 and makes Anakin wonder if Padme's being as loyal as he's led to believe. Anakin goes to the apartment and sits down. It's late afternoon. While sitting on the couch, he senses Obi-wan's presence and has his vision.

I think that Pablo's commentary on how long ROTS ran, is based off of the novelization. Which says that Anakin hasn't slept well in days, since he had the nightmare.
