To avoid confusion with the Dastoli's, it was time to switch up my icon. A confusion which probably, only I noticed.

I think this one is more fitting of what I really love about SW anyway.

Whoah. I was reading this old multi-page thread in which you posted and on page one I saw your old icon... then I clicked page two... and it reads durbnpoisn.... umm, new icon? Yeah. In fact, I was going to come here and say, "did you change your icon three and a half seconds ago?"

In other news, I went to Borders this evening. There was a storm when I entered Borders. I picked up After Effects In Production - Volume 1: The Essentials by Chrish and Tris Meyer. To sum up, the storm was no more when I left Borders.

Friday the 13th is a load of bullcrap. At least in the superstition sense. I mean, I believe in F13 in the sense that there are Fridays that exist on the 13th of a certain month, but that's more of a literal sense.

You know, when I typed "superstition" it took me like eight times to get right.

I'd normally get it right on the first attempt; I must be tired or something....

I'm about to watch The Terminator, because, for some reason the theme song is stuck in my head and I can't get it the heck out.

Another thing from that movie that's stuck in my head is Kyle yelling, "That's what he does... that's ALL he does!!!"

Excellent movie.

 

K, it's 2:26 AM now. I'm gonna watch the terminator in 4 minutes.

Hmm, filming starts today for us, and we aren't even fully cast. I keep emailing the cast that we have, and they don't reply. This is the only day we have to film for a few months. I don't think this'll go very well.

 

That sucks, I'm actually one cast member short at the moment and I am still waiting for confirmation on another for my film, so I know how it is.

 

I had some baaaaaad Friday the 13th-type experiences at the airport. All I freakin' did was wait in security lines. Coulda missed the damn flight.

A Nightmare on Elm Street was on tv on Friday the 13th. I'd never seen it before... gosh, it was lame! Mabye it was scary in the 80's, but it was pretty tame by todays standards. In fact, a lot of it was quite funny.

At the end, when Freddy grabs the mother, and drags her through the door... that looked like something out of Monty Python!!

And when Nancy was running through the house, breaking windows and screaming, and there were like 50 cops across the road and they didn't do anything.

And Johnny Depp in a super short t-shirt.

Then his death with the fountain of blood spurting from his bed. It just looked absurd.

For some odd reason, a month or so ago, my sister was sick for a week, hence missing school. During that week, she read the book we have here that lists and gives info of every college in this country.

She wants to go to Brown.

 

Beore you guys were talking about what you are doing this summer and I missed my chance to BRAG. DAMMIT!!!


I'm leaving JUNE 22nd for the NEW YORK FILM ACADEMY 6 week program in MGM studios in Orlando FLorida...

I CAN"T FREAKIN WAIT!!!

Well, we had a somewhat productive day of filming today; at least more productive than I was expecting. Working on our AOTC parody, we got most of the scenes we needed done, even though it meant a last minute casting change--I had to take the part of Obi-Wan for myself. We still don't have a Padme actress, but Mark, our Anakin actor, is going to handle more scenes when I'm gone with the help of our storyboards, and we'll keep in email correspondence.

All in all, we got more done than we thought, even though it meant I had to act more than I expected...
