I don't know, that would be a lot of whirling ang twirling, he'd have to watch wielding those as to not accidently cut off his own limbs..[face_worried] , but it would be kind of cool to see if he could pull it off...:D

You did that, 694377? I would like to see a pic of that...[face_hypnotized]

And thanks, kell!:) It's always nice to put a smile on someone's face...and yes, I'm a total freak![face_mischief]

General Grievous should be on "Who Wants To Be A Superhero" because of the cape.
Suppose Grievous dictated memoirs to a reporter before their death? But used fake names for families (for example, Great Grandmother Grievous is Grandma Yellowbeard and the first wife is Margaret). They would make a movie out of it after the fall of the empire.

Lately I've been getting into the Death Note fandom. It's a manga about a bored student who finds a Death God's notebook which can kill people. I wonder what Grievous would do with such a thing?
And the character Rem (eh, like the band R.E.M) reminds me of Grievous too. Or perhaps Ronderu?

Sorry off topic there. But er there's parallels but I'd rather not post spoilers.

Remu in that drawing looks almost like Kaleesh Grievous(I'm assuming the spiky reptile looking guy is Remu)...nice art, BTW!

Grievous Yellowbeard? As in like a pirate reference? Hmmm....*imagining Grievous with a yellow beard*...interesting idea though..[face_thinking]

Since I have no where else to say this, I will say it here. (I judge you are all reasonably acquainted with Grievy's EU endeavours.)

Grievous had the hots for San Hill.

And I am so not joking about that. Read any EU source (except like, some drab sourcebook) and it's right there in the open.

Really now, I think you are reading into it too much. I like San, he is fun to draw especially in Clone Wars style.

Both, Grievous with a beard or a mustache is hilarious!

Grievous has the hots for San Hill? I always thought it was Dooku...:p

Oh he's totally hot for Dooku. [face_laugh] [face_laugh]
No in all honesty, I think what he has for Dooku is just respect. [face_peace]

I have to wonder, what EU source says he's "Hot for San Hill"?

I always thought he hated San Hill. [face_skull]

    [image=http://starwars.wikia.com/images/8/89/San_Hill_transforming_Grievous.JPG]

Hmmm....I don't see anything to suggest a deeper relationship.
GG looks kinda out of it if you ask me. [face_thinking] [face_mischief]
Still it could be a valid point. I mean, that would add some depth to the situation.
Plus it's another culture and perhaps respect translates into a form of love for the Kaleesh.
We don't really know how they define love and affection. [face_thinking]

Ludo, picture GG with the Davy Jones Octo-beard. [face_mischief][face_skull] [face_laugh]

    [image=http://starwars.wikia.com/images/0/01/The_General.jpg]

[face_skull] I'LL SPLIT YOU IN TWO!!!!

    What? [face_worried]
    You would look cool. [face_dancing]

Ludo, picture GG with the Davy Jones Octo-beard.

I wish someone could like photoshop that or draw a pic, that would be hilarious![face_laugh] [face_laugh]

Yeah, I think it's more of a grateful respect thing for them kind of saving his life, yet they caused his life threatening injuries in the first place but he never found that out...I don't think it was like a love relationship...which reminds me, I wonder if San Hill ever met Darth Plaugeis?[face_thinking] :p

Well, San Hill is a chairman and you know what's up with chairmen (you'd know if you have read a certain book by Arthur Golden) XD
Yep Rem is the reptilian one.
Personally I'm more for Dooku and Grievous together because of that scene in Obsession where Dooku is touching Grievous in a rather suggestive way (woah I might be on the edge) and er.....Grievous has some rather questionable design details. And Grievous was a "gift" to Dooku.

So, which EU sources in particular?

    Hey ever-body! Hi Grievous! [:D]

I just got back from a mission trip in Chicago. We helped out the needy. It was very enlightening.

Grievous having the hots for San Hill? Um... Isn't San Hill a guy?

Welcome Lazaruscol! [face_peace] Care Bears? On fire? I can't believe I've never thought of that![face_devil][face_skull][face_laugh]

Whoa, hope this is the right spot.

Hova'ya all! I've been lurking around trying in vain to read all the posts on here, to no avail. You guys do a lot of discussing!!I recognize a few of ya! Hi Kecen! hi Ludo Kressh!!

I was wondering if I might be welcomed into the Grievous flock over here? Any of you who know me from the LJ community, know just how devoted I am to the dear general. I'll try to be on my best behavior[face_batting] (bows, scales flattened, golden reptillian eyes looking up in hopes of exceptance...)

Reading it too deeply? On the contrary: I am merely stating what I've observed.

    The Evidence:

    1) San Hill has several effeminate qualities (voice, dress, lipstick, etc) that are a trifle difficult to dismiss.

    2) He saved Grievous and kept him on as his "Bodyguard."

    3) When Grievous quit during his mid-life-crisis, San Hill got all miffed, and like a jealous girlfriend, plotted his revenge.
3a) Curiously, San Hill knew exactly where Grievous sat on his personal ship so that the grenade could be placed in just the right spot so as not to kill him.
3b) San Hill displayed concern over the plan: "What if Grievous should actually die in the crash?" (Luceno, 132)

    4) San Hill, not Dooku, stayed with Grievous as he was "dying," and convinced him to trasfer his remains into a droid body.
4a) The Bacta Tank Sequence: Originally, Grievous was in a bacta tank. San gloated over him like the girlfriend who just got revenge, and then attempted to play dominatrix while Grievous was in the tank (Fu, 125).
4b) The Funeral Pyre Sequence: Grievous was then transfered to the forests of his home, "lasping in and out of consciousness" as he watched the other Kaleesh prepare for the sacred ritual. And who shows up before the sacred ceremony, while Grievous is lying on his deathbed? That's right... apparently poor Sanny is looking for forgiveness. So while Grievous is in bed he speaks to him about life, death, and, most importantly, "the pleasures of the flesh." At another point in the conversation, Grievous asks for San to "gaze on me" (Luceno, 111-112).

There is more evidence, but I believe this should do for now.

Sorry I haven't been posting much. It's not that I haven't had the time, I have been stuck in the house the whole holidays. I guess I have just moved on & I don't love Grievous that much any more. I have come in here a few times & read what you guys have posted but I just don't have anything to say. I have been spending alot more time in the JC Community, talking about Batman & alot of pretty strange stuff as you would expect from the JCC. I haven't ditched you for new friends I still love you guys!

    OH FORK it's you Karabbackilla :D :D :D
Right now San Hill/Grievous makes sort of since. Eh, do pairings really need a guy and a chick to work? Since the last time I checked, Kaleesh don't have any taboos against it in canon.

Ah, thank you, Kecen! Finally someone's starting to catch on!

Honestly, how much more tragic would Grievous's story be if there was a little taboo romance stuck in there? His "betrayal" would acquire a whole new perspective. I'm not saying their relation was anything serious, but a lot of famous people in history (including a number of military commanders) were bi- or homosexual.
