The Grievwardrobe awaits! One more day until a new episode of Clone Wars :D :D :D

I wonder if there will be enough footage of Kaleesh and Grievous/Dooku tension moments in the future to make the music video I'm imagining with "The Point of It All".

    HOLY KALEESH WARLORDS!!!

Am I the only one who thought this latest CW episode was the best thus far?!?! Why, it absolutely ROCKED IMO!!! :D [face_dancing]

The way I saw it, Grievous was kept perfectly in character!!! =D= Which made me grin all the way through!!! :D

    OMG!! He damn nearly relived his dreadful experiences on Kalee with that Naboo shuttle!! :eek: [face_worried] I am totally convinced he must have felt a painful deja vu back there... 8-}

And that line...THAT LINE!!! [face_mischief] ---> GG: "Hello there!" [face_devil]
WHOOT!!! I sooo lolled my head off hearing those words coming from our favourite cyborg!! [face_laugh] [face_laugh] [face_laugh] BRILLIANT!!! :p

And...Oh dear, I've never felt so worried about big G before. [face_worried] Can you believe it?!
Seeing the end of the episode and the eventual, inevitable distruction of Malevolence...I was like: "Oh s..t!" [face_plain] [face_worried] Grievous cutting communication with Dooku himself?! Oh my...the General's gonna have some tough time talking himself out of that one!! [face_worried] [face_worried]
Wow, that finale left me speechless. [face_devil] [face_skull]

All in all, I believe Grievous really did everything he possibly could to overcome the situation. Of course, having nothing but a bunch of wacko battle droids as the only assistance available in his efforts and to carry out his commands...I suppose there wasn't much he could have done to prevent disaster. :p

However, here's one point I am immensely grateful for... There was definitely no cowardice present in his attitude whatsoever here!!! O.O He was exactly his menacing, battle-ready self we have all come to worship!

And should anyone view his eager retreat from that shuttle as cowardly...Well, would *you* have stayed in such extreme proximity to a ticking time-bomb to see the fireworks from up close? [face_mischief] LOL! [face_skull]

This show rocks my world so far! :) :) :)

    Can't wait for more! [face_dancing]

Inty Edit: Whoa, that's a lot of spoilers for that episode. For now, I'm going to make those HTR. Let's allow those who didn't get to see it last night a chance to see it live before being spoiled. Review the forum spoiler policy.

I totally agree, catgirl! I liked this episode the best out of all of them. Although I pretty much said everything I thought of the episode in the Live Action, Clone Wars and Classics forum(you guys should really check it out...they have alot of great Grievous discussions going on there: here's one thread in particular...devoted to the Good General:D

Whoa! Sounds like a great ep to look forward to! I haven't even seen the second Malevolence one yet...it'll be tomorrow evening before it airs here. Thank goodness that Grievous isn't being made out to be too much of a twit so far. And he sounds delightfully arrogant--maybe he is fully aware with no mind alterations after all, given the revised backstory, and not about to kowtow to anybody beyond what he alsolutely has to in order to retain his position. As it is, just reading over the comments gives me the impression that he's going to get himself fried by somebody's disciplinary Sith lightning pretty soon. Yes, you, Grievous. BAD boy! I'm ashamed to say that a part of me can get behind that...sorta...

Your local Walmart should have the mini Clone Wars desk calendar available now...only a few bucks and it's really quite cute. Grievous is Mr. October. Needless to say, I have my calendar up already and permanently turned to the month of October.

And check out the surprisingly pretty big eyes on this great new lifesize ROTS/Grievous bust! A (naughty) dream come true for some, I'm sure, and I love the comments...

That bust is freakin' awesome!:D :D I wish I knew about this earlier to reserve it and that I had 500 dollars...well, it does have a flex pay option, but I'd have to get on a waiting list to see if one become available somehow.

I'm dissapointed that Grievous and Padme did not meet face-to-face (reiterating my thoughts from another thread). Considering Darth Jurious did an excellent job of portraying their interaction :p

The battle droids crashing into the moon was a tragedy in itself.
I hope they show the scene where Dooku tortures Grievous, sorry sorry I'm slanted that way XP

Dreamy, is all I can say of the life-sized bust. I must not cave in to temptation, only because I want to save for my own laptop and the upcoming WKAP songbook.

Guys, watch the spoilers. By our forum policy, those shouldn't even be posted here yet. I'm going to let them go as HTR right now, as we need to develop a new policy for the TV show, as it shouldn't be treated like a book/comic in this forum. But, if you really need to discuss the show with spoilers in plain sight, go to the LACWAC forum and use their threads.

The latest chapter of my fanfic has a Grievous reference or two thrown in. Mann Hill and Sheela, ahoy.

I wonder if he keeps any family photos, at least in The Clone Wars series. A preview of Lair of Grievous hints at this. I like to imagine he had two moms (and this was after his biological father died...), one being the "father" who give him the gun. It's an huge injoke, but Lucas recently showed his more progressive side (if you want to here more, ask), making this possibility slightly more likely.

Interesting, I imagine since it's a lair there would be pictures in frames with pipe organ music playing and a beautiful woman in Victorian dress...sorry, thinking of Phantom of the Opera.:p

Maybe, I wouldn't put it past Lucas to try something like that, but the kiddies might not understand.
