Mine's black and full-length, with bronze buggle beads and deep pink embroidery swirling across the bodice, down one side, and around the dress at knee-height just above a big ruffle of netting.

Twist my arm about a second outfit for the gala! I normally hate to shop but this is different. Actually, I've already got something suitable but I'm still on the lookout -- it's a lot more fun shopping when the pressure is already off.

 

Thanks for the kind plug Sky, though I am not sure I would call "Revelations" the fan film of all fan films, but it's very kind of you

Just thought I'd announce, that I'm coming. Got a premiere ticket, bought a gala ticket etc... So the Captain Covax's Canadian Caravan Revelations Premiere Documentary is going to happen.

Provided I can get my camera into the Premiere and the Gala, I hope to create the ultimate fanfilm premiere documentary. Should be fun!

Everytime I see that countdown to Revenge of the Sith I think -

Who the heck cares!?!!! My movie is coming out in 47,46...45 days!!! And we're not ready!

There's mild panic in our household. One of the downsides to being married to the director (or in his case, the producer) is if you're not talking about the kids then it's about the movie.

So we're both wandering in our house on the phone, on the email, checking lists and occasionally the muttering is punctuated with a hollar at the eldest to "stop hitting your brother!"

My calendar looks scary. Six weeks. I think we weep at night sometimes. Well, I do I just thought I'd share in a sorta blogging way what life is like gearing up for the release of a movie.

Shane's a big believer in hard and fast deadlines that put your entire soul on the line in order to make sure it gets done. So it's either that or suffer the wrath of those 900 unforgiving people

 

Sending a hug to you and Shane ....*Hug*.... You WILL get through this...you WILL be fine... it's going to be cool!

I can not go into it enough, but I'm sick, the kids are sick, the wife is sick, and I have a deadline of so many thing screaming down my neck!

and this premiere is costing us sooo much (uhh)

but it's like a wedding, happens only once, and we really wanted to do something to thank the many people who made the film possible, do it up right and make a huge party of it.

then I want to crawl in a hole .. and die

Yeah, okay, die or whatever, but finishe Revelations and play host first.
