Is Billy Dee Williams going to be in the episode that will be Available Tomorrow Night on Watch Disney XD ?

 

I don't think there will be a new episode available tomorrow on the app, because the next episode isn't scheduled to air until the 19th, meaning it should preview a week from tomorrow, on the 12th.

 

Constructing your own lightsaber was seen as significant part of training to be a Jedi. But, yes, Ezra seemed to easily build one quicker than Luke.

 

Well, first off, we have to realize that what was involved with building a lightsaber wasn't resolved in 1983- in the end that scene wasn't even in the movie. So they sort of short-stroke that, and what we know now means you have to sort of ret-con what Luke had to do. We have to either assume that Luke studied his father's lightsaber closely enough in the years he had it to know how to put a new one together, or that he had access to schematics for one or something. Also that he was able to find a crystal for it somewhere.

Ezra has been building and tinkering with stuff all the years he's been on his own. He has access to Kanan and his experience, his lightsaber, the extra parts Kanan mentions in that scene, and the crystal that Yoda gives to him. Essentially Ezra has everything he needs at his disposal- AND he's pitched as being very technical.

While I think Luke is more pitched as a great pilot than being particularly inventive.

And again Luke didn't need to build a lightsaber until he lost his- so there was no motivation there to need to build one.

Well one thing is for sure, this episode blew my theory that that secret crate from Out of Darkness contained the parts to build Ezra lightsaber. What was in the box then?

 

I do hope we don't get a training remote scene call back now that Ezra has a lightsabre

 

Well all I gotta say is I hope you all are wrong about this not airing today.

 

It's officially confirmed that Idiots Array won't air today, so i don't know why there's a discussion about that

I tried to find the schedule online, but i keep getting redirected to disneyxd.se (the swedish site), but the info has already been posted by JoaquinSlowly in his previous post

 

Wasn't he just basing it on Wookiepedia?

 

IMDB lists the episode being on January 12, 2015 and that Path of Jedi is today January 5, 2015. If we follow the posting history of previous episodes, then one would think that the episode would be posted today. Wookiepedia does not show a specific day for when it will air, just January 2015. This information is not necessarily conflicting, but does raise a few eyebrows as one is specific and the other is not.

It is possible that Disney has realized that putting episodes up on their streaming site has led to lower viewing numbers and thus ratings when it actually airs on TV as people have already seen the episode so they won't bother with watching it live or even DVR'ing it. One thing about wiki's are that anyone can pretty much change the information on them, but have to cite a source. If they don't cite a source it is fixed after awhile, but if someone makes such a ridiculous edit it is usually quickly fixed from what I have seen. This comes from someone who has written on car wiki's in the past and had to support the points being made with citation for the material being presented.

 

That explains the lack of Lando promotion.

 

Take this with a grain of salt, but if this is true, it could have huge implications on Star Wars Rebels

If thats true than JJ watched Spaceballs too much.

Ezra's saber is obviously a two piece, the saber part and the small stun blaster attached to the conventional that acts as a kinda hand guard but would be useless against a lightsaber..

 

I think it has a 50/50 chance of being true, would be awesome if Ezra was Kylo Ren, because that would make for a awesome ending, and it would explain why Yoda says that Luke is the last jedi, Kanan is dead and Ezra has lost his way.

Rumors collected from the more legit sources (MSW, Underworld, IR)
*Ezra collects stormtrooper helmets, Kylo Ren collects Sith Helmets
*Ezra has a lightsaber that also functions as a blaster, just like Kylo Ren might have
*Both lightsabers might be custom made (Rumors are clashing regarding if Kylo's sword is a artifact or a custom blade)
*Star Wars Rebels would've have some connections with TFA

 

The age difference is all wrong if you're alluding to Adam Driver. Sydow looks nor sounds nothing like any of the leads of Rebels, and his age is also wrong for the parts. Would not explain the name change either, you would to accept the ST is not about the Skywalker family(which it probably isnt) anymore but now about the Bridger family. Ezra has a child and the kid ends up the Darth Vader instead of the Luke. Would put a major family clan rivalry between the Skywalkers and Bridgers. I doubt the ST would be as smart or as complicated as the Dune series besides, JJ's Star Treks werent that great and last one was meh, and the writers TFA arent particularly that great.

 

So, has Disney scrapped airing re-runs of this on Disney Channel? I don't get XD, but I'd been catching the last few episodes roughly 5 days later on Disney.

I don't see any confirmation that this will be running on Disney any time in the next two weeks.

Honestly, where I think Disney is really doing a horrible job with this show. They put it on a 3rd rate channel that alot of people don't get. Then, they start running them a few days later on the main channel, but have seemingly pulled that. They are doing a true disservice to this show, Star Wars, and its fans in my opinion.

 

Rumored Spoilers for TFA

Point 1. You can be a young actor and still play old characters, and Kylo Ren is heavly rumored by the more legit sources to be a cyborg (which is nearly a understatement, because the concept art shows him with so much cybertech on him you could nearly mistake him for a robot, so the actors age shouldn't be too much of a factor)
Point 2. Sydow isn't really playing a big bad in TFA (or maybe not even a bad guy at all), going by the more legit sources (which claims that he acts as a mentor to Rey), so he's out of the equation.

But in the end i can't prove that Ezra is Kylo Ren, just as much as you can't prove that he isn't, we will just have to wait and see what happens, so let's just drop that argument

Do we know anything else besides that it features Ezra, Chopper, Zeb and maybe Lando ?

 

Someone can invent a theory Ren changed his name from Wren and is the child of Ezra and Sabine, its pretty easy to fan cheese speculate you know. As for Driver, he was already photographed as an X-Wing pilot, so I dont see why they would pick a young man to play an old one like that unless there is significant amount of time passed and he's playing both the hero Alliance pilot and the evil cyborg. All the cyborg stuff reminds me of a takeoff of Vader and Lumiya(who was an X-Wing pilot and spy for the Empire) and Starkiller/Sith Stalker.

 

hey guys when is star wars rebels Path of the Jedi Going to be on disney xd in Ireland?I cant get the app and its always on thursday instead of monday like where everywhere says. But it would have aired either this or last Monday and is not on sky planner(it ussually appears as an option t set to record a week earlier). Can someone tell me when its going to be watchable?And since I cant find any pictures of kylo ren's face could he be the inquisitor?After all pau'ans live for hundreds of years....
