BUT my theori is that sidious's face got deformed because his sith lightning was his OWN lightning so it showed HIS true self. luke mace and every1 else dont get deformed when there hit by it but since it is palps OWN lightning it shows his true self hahahaha im so proud of myself, even tho im probably wrong and u guys will prove it hehehe

Nice proof. FYI those are called abriviations. I'll say my theorie without them. Then you'll acctully have to prove I'm wrong, if you can that is. And what does me being you have to do with it? It's my theorie. Here is my theorie with out abriviations:

My theorie is that Sidious's face got deformed because his sith lightning was his OWN lightning so it showed HIS true self. Luke, Mace and everyone else doesn't get deformed when they're hit by sith lightning, but since it is Sidious's OWN lightning it shows his true self. There, happy?

I beleive this power is Force Speed. The world appears to slow down for you, while you move at normal speed. This makes you seem faster to other people. Read Shadows of The Empire and you will understand
