"Alright lets go" he said "when we hit the ground its going to get hairy real fast so watch yourselves and watch the backs of the other guards" he yelled over the engine whine, then put his helmet on and signaled for his teammates to do the same,"radio check you guys copy, over"

    Tag YUUL and Jango 10

OCC: ok guys when your characters are talking on the comm link it is improper radio etiquette to say "over and out" because it makes no sense the proword over implies a reply and the proword out implies that the transmission is over. Also when hailing someone else your character would say who they are hailing then who they are so for example if khadras had to hail kira it would sound like "kira this khadras what is your situation over" and then kira would reply "khadras this kira situation normal over" then the reply from khadras would be "kira this khadras roger out" end of transmission. If i have over stepped my bounds as a player i apologize but being a member of the military who talks on the radio a lot it bugs me when people use improper radio etiquette.

Maya rolled her eyes as Echler offered her a deathstick. Her family dealt enough of them for her to know the long term effects. Just as she was about to retort he downed the remaining contents of the vial and the comm went off.

"Echler, glad you could join us again. I've got a job for Patrol 3-C. According to your transponders, it looks like you're right outside of the Outlander Club. I just got a comm from an informant inside saying that he just witnessed a death stick deal go down. You're looking for something to do? Go in there and bust them. Thavas, you take operational command to get your legs back after that debacle with your old squad. Freyr out."

Straight after the order was issued Thavas spoke up.

"That bar is the classic dive filled with armed and suspicious criminals, so I don't think going guns blazing in their is gonna help. Suggestions?"

"Suspicious criminals they may be, but that could work to our advantage. They'll wonder what we're doing, but they'll also know we'll be able to put out an alert on them in a matter of seconds. They'll keep their heads down, and then anyone who thinks we're after them will try and escape thorough the door we aren't focused on. A few of us stay out here, rest inside to watch the back doors, won't be difficult to nab anyone who, for whatever reason, doesn't want to be run in."

"Unfortunately we seem to be missing the main point here. My bet here would be there is only one dealer in that club, they don't like to share turf, it doesn't make good business. Now Echler, being the mastermind he is, happens to have just taken part in a deal... understand our problem now?" Maya said stepping towards the group, still glaring at Escler, he had a habit of making problems for the patrol. "Now my suggestion would be we go in, Echler tells the dealer he does want the crate after all, but, oh dear, when we tried to arrest the dealer he pulled out a firearm. We had no choice but to end his sorry existance, that only leaves us with the problem of the snitch. There is where we need suggestions."

Maya took to this idea easily, the Coruscant Guard looked after each other no matter what, murder, lies and corruption were not
    below them.

Keil nodded slowly. "The snitch shouldn't prove too much trouble. He'll most likely approach us, and try to blackmail us into bribing him not to alert the Guard that Echler was the one buying. That would require us somehow trying to lure the snitch away from the Club. If we lure the snitch, we lose the dealer. If we eliminate the dealer, the snitch has a chance to come up to us with his offer, where he has witnesses and we can't walk away.

I think our best bet would be to try and get a fight going in there. Then we can easily go in and...forget...to have our blasters set to stun.
Keil mentally shook his head. Police work was different on Coruscant. Oh well, he thought. At least its not looking like I'm doomed to a mediocre career after CorSec.

"We can eliminate the snitch problem at the same time, I mean he did have this blaster on him." Maya said pulling out a standard blaster used by local criminals. "One less little do-gooder running to us when he sees a drug deal must be a good thing. I hate to say it, but this month has been dull. Drug bust after drug bust, I like to feel like I'm making a difference... I lie, I just want to do something fun, you know!"

Maya sighed and took of her helmet. "So, how are we going to start this fight?"

"So, how are we going to start this fight?"

Keil shrugged. "For us to be able to go in shooting without too many questions...I'd say we need to get a quarter or a third of the people in there fighting. That shouldn't take much...a few punches, a random blaster shot or two, maybe knock a few table across the room. In civilian clothes." He added, almost as an afterthought, glancing down at the crimson red body armor. Even without the helmet, looked too much out of the ordinary for even the somewhat questionable outfits usually found at the Outlander.

Kat smiled watching Jemlin at the controls of the new speeder. Boys and their toys, she thought to herself, and smiled. She took off her helmet, and felt the wind rushing through her hair, enjoying the sensation. When Arctur turned on the siren she could not help whooping, and laughed at the near collisions taking place as they rushed past the traffic. Soon enough the ride was over, and Kat jumped out of the speeder, and followed Jemlin towards Jespar.

"Towers Residential Complex docking, this is Coruscant Guardsman Jemlin coming in for a landing on building two." He broadcasted his judicial transponder code and waited for the affirmative response from Towers ATC. Sure enough, they allowed him to land in the rooftop hangar. Arctur swooped in onto a large landing pad, again facing the wide eyes and mutters of the surrounding people as the repulsors thrummed and lowered the red vehicle to the pad. With a slight lurch the speeder made contact with the ground and the fire team departed through the sliding side doors. Arctur was sure to task the droid with security routines.

Most everybody on the pad was an alien. Everyone that didn't look too nonhuman was probably hiding some weird appendage or ability beneath their clothing. The fire team's red armor made them skittish, and they shied away and stared as the three passed. A Rodian who was halfway down his ship's landing ramp turned around and went back inside. A Trandoshan moved his jacket to better conceal a blaster. An Ortolan offered any help he could give, but the guards ignored him.

They entered the turbolift at the end of the hangar. No one else who had been waiting for it entered with them. Arctur thumbed the button for the 211th floor, and they descended towards 21147-B, Jespar's apartment.

Apadamek nodded as Maya and Keil discussed it. He also formulated the plan and considered it. "Right" he said finally "Heres how we do it, two of us will dress in civilian clothes and enter the bar and have a seat at a booth or far away near the back door." He glanced at his armor "the other two will enter and then the snitch will start to blackmail us, we'll play along and get the dealers name and location. When we give a signal which will be the one not talking going to the bar you two fire at us, and conveniently hit the snitch, we start a fake firefight and then we get the dealer and a large load of criminal scum. Once the fight starts you guys turn on your fellow 'criminals'." He looked at each of them "Problems?"

The large Lat?s rose up from the floor of the hangar and then wit ha burst of speed, it left the hangar. Aden sat in his seat looking across at Arcardo and Tesurel. Hundreds of thoughts ran through his mind about the two, like would they be ready when the bolts started flying? Would they know how to react? Would they get themselves of him killed? But Aden quickly wiped the thoughts from his mind, he didn?t want to undermine his men, they were probably as capable as him when the going got rough. It was just another precaution that went along with the habit of always being careful, always being alert.

Aden then rose from his seat, and grabbing onto on of the wires that ran along the ceiling of the cab, lifted himself up onto his feet. He took a firm hold of the wire and then turned to look out at the buzzing metropolis. It was somewhat beautiful at night, but of course they hadn?t reached Invisec, which was the ugliest and run down slum on Coruscant. The pilot then looked back at the three men.

?30 seconds boys until touch down. Good hunting out there. And above all, good luck?

?Thanks, we?ll try. Ok, get tactical men, who knows what this LZ will bring for us.? Said Aden. He then sat back down in his seat and reached over for his helmet. He grabbed the crimson helmet and slid it onto his head. He then checked the comm. inside to see if it was working properly.

The Lat touched down with a slight thud. And in one motion, all three of the men piled out and set u pa perimeter. They were ready for anything, even if this was just a small animal fight bust.

"No, sounds like a good plan to me." Keil said. "Although I'll probably be a bit more...memorable than you two," he said, tapping a gloved finger against his helmet's visor.

Patrol Group 3-C, 118th Coruscant Guard Regiment, Entertainment District, Imperial City

[blockquote]Echler listened to the conversation of his team as he became swept up in the euphoria of the drug he has just taken. The buildings were swirling around him as he craned his neck to take in the newfound beauty of all the structures he had seen a thousand different times before. He was somewhat concerned that the snitch that had called the deal in to Freyr was ratting on him and had thus served to spark this whole incident.

Vors' team were talking about going in guns blazing and eliminating as many locals as possible. Which, while sounding very exciting compared to their past several weeks of relative inactivity, seemed a bit rash.

The guardsman gave a somewhat collected dissertation on what was going through his mind. "Hey, um, let's not kill everyone in there, please. Now, I know the colonel gave Apadamek command here but I am a Praetorite guard, making me higher than all of you. Just...don't do so much hurting in there. Just make sure we bag the dealer and rough up the snitch a little bit." Despite his state, he was still decently able to get his point across.

Command Speeder, 118th Coruscant Guard Regiment, Judicial District, Imperial City

[blockquote]The impressive mass of the Imperial Security Bureau's headquarters loomed large before the 118th's command speeder as the pilot maintained proper landing procedure. The speeder itself carried a handful of very important members of the Coruscant Guard toward a meeting that promised to get very interesting. Freyr had gotten the call from Intelligence Director Isard herself; she was to be the one conducting the meeting.

As the delicate yet armored speeder came to a gentle rest on one of the building's external landing pads, Freyr exited along with two of his chosen subordinates on this excursion. Met by a stormtrooper guard, the three walked down the myriad halls of the colossal headquarters, led by a black dress-uniformed stormtrooper captain. The place was alive with activity, with information streaming in from every corner of each Star Destroyer or base the Empire had in existence. However, Freyr hadn't seen it this busy, this hurried, this frantic. Something big was going on, and it was very apparent.

The colonel turned his head to better see the guard who was walking abreast with him, Jonas Sveren. "I think these past weeks have been the calm before the storm."[/blockquote]

As Kat followed Arctur into the apartment complex she noted the effect her unifrom had on those around her - those who were trying to conceal things - like the Trandoshan. Those that would offer help, to make themselves look good, when they were probably behind most major crimes here anyway, and then there were the average civvies who just wanted to go about their business and stay out of your way. Kat wondered what her Parents would say if they could see her now - she imagined, hoped, they would be immensely proud in her, in her armour. She did not know what they would say about her sorroundings but it was all part of her job.

Kat followed Arctur and Izen into the turbo lift, and watched as Jemlin pushed the button for the 211th floor, and Jespar's apartment.

"All right! Kyver, You worked Traffic all night, so I KNOW you're in." He said in the cheery tone of voice he had from time to time. Between missions that was. It was his down time voice, his peacetime voice, he happy-go-lucky, nothing is wrong, can't kill me, voice.

He checked his rifle for a thrid time, itching to go. He wanted to be underfire, and underpressure. It was an old Mando saying that said, "Pressure makes the Beautiful Gem" or something like that. Now that he thought about it, that seemed kinda girly for Mando. He'd have to look it up when they got back to base.

He'd always been a Mando wanna-be. He had learned all he could of them, and even knew a smattering of their "dead" language. But he was no Mando. He was better.

But everyone had to have a hero right. His was a civilization.

    A dead one at that.

    Ding.

The chime signalled their arrival at the 211th floor. The Fire Team disembarked and trudged down the empty hallway. The hall must have known by now there were cops in the building. Good. No need to be stealthy. The rattling of their armor and equipment resounded off the walls.

41...43...45...47. They walked into the sliding door, which opened into a small vestibule. The wall directly before them when they entered held a mirror and a large flower pot. To the left was 47-A. To the right, their destination. Jemlin hit the door chime. When there was no response, he knocked. Then he pounded. Then he pulled his sidearm and shot the lock off the door.

The three guardsmen entered the room as Jemlin replaced his smoking pistol in its holster and removed his helmet. There was Jespar, lugging a suitcase and heading towards a window, outside of which a small speeder sat idling. The speeder pilot, upon seeing the guards, panicked and sped off into the traffic lanes, leaving his friend stranded.

"All dressed up and nowhere to go?" said Arctur. Jespar turned, his three Gran eyes flitting about nervously, alternately focusing on each one of the Guards.

The LZ looked secure, no one was even around, the place looked like a deserted ghost town, but it wasn?t. Aden, Arcardo and Tesurel walked down an alleyway that would lead them towards the bike shop. Aden gripped his Dc-17 tightly; he looked up towards the building tops and through the windows. All he saw were shadows, shadows of people, all probably scared out of their minds from seeing the Lat land and the crimson guards. Aden knew that he would probably be scared to he wasn?t in the Imperial army. Wasn?t in the Imperial army, which was a wish that Aden thought about many times. He had seen and done many terrible things during his carrier, none of which he was ever proud of, and after a while it began to affect him, making him think of his role in the imperial army and what the Empire truly stood for. But Aden just kept these thoughts locked up inside him, not daring to let them come out.

Aden?s mind then jumped out of the realm of the mind and back into reality. He and the two other Guards were now out of the alleyway and in a small courtyard, probably the courtyard of the one of the buildings. They were cautious going through the open area, it would have been a perfect place for an ambush, but animal fighters aren?t that smart, and they probably didn?t even know they wee coming. They came out of the courtyard entrance and into a small square, in which was located the bike shop. The shops few lights were on and a few loud barking noises came from inside, it was a fight night. Now they just needed an entrance plan. Aden turned to the other two.

    ?Well, any ideas??
