    Hyphenated surnames. Who hates 'em?

    Clinton-Smythe.

    Rhys-Jones.

    Courtney-Taylor.

    Jackson-Brown.

What, one surname isn't enough for you huh? Think you are better than me or something? Well, you can take you stupid hyphen and stick it in your Fanny-Adams.

I hate 'em! When I get married I'll either take my husband's name or keep my own but I'll NEVER hyphenate!!!

They don't bother me much unless they are totally and completely stupid like:

    Dobrowolsky-Detrick

    *shudders*
I know somebody with that name. Nobody can pronounce either of them seperately but it just complicates it by having two unpronounceable names. I think I might have spelled them wrong. lol

I know someone who used to have the surname Sato-Hall. That's actually not too bad.

People with names like Terence Ponsford-Butterworth are the type of people who go to fancy restaraunts I can't afford and sip chardonnay with their little finger poking up in the air and talk about how well their stocks are doing in loud voices, between complaining about the fact that the escargo on the menu isn't cooked they way it is in the French province where they have a holiday home and generally making a complete tit of themselves. Then they have the hide to have a gorgeous looking girlfriend who dresses like Cate Blanchet and looks like Nicole Kidman and then drive them back to their palatial mansion somewhere overlooking the city with great water views in their brand new Mercedes or Porsche.

Meanwhile, me with one surname and no hyphen goes home in his Datsun 180B after eating a lovely dinner from McDonalds and an evening spent with a bunch of twits whose sole idea of having a good time is getting plastered on beer and fighting people for no real reason.

    Damn you hyphenated surname types.

I don't know anybody with two surnames that does that. Although a few of them are with you on the drinking beer and getting into fights then going home in a falling apart car. lol. Most of my friends actually don't drink beer or get in fights, we drink Mountain Dew and talk about perverted things like which one of our guy friends has a bigger **** than this little baby doll thingy required for class -don't ask. :p

Amazing edit: That word isn't allowed.

I didn't think we were allowed to say ****.

Amazing edit: Clever, but still not allowed.

    DITTO

I also hate people with the name Todd, anyone with that name is destined to be a weirdo

*Note: I don't actually hate people with that name, I only get mad when I hear it because his girlfriend is the girl I want, that *******

I love hyphenated names, or other weird names like that. It's so, well, sci-fish. :) I got a character in one of my screenplays named Conrad-2180 :)
