Lance Reddick's little "tsch" sound he makes with his mouth is terrifying on its own, let alone the rest of his performance...

 

The Making Of feature on D+ made me like the characters better after the last episode.

 

I wonder if they do Zeus next season or wait for season 3 like third book

 

Loved the finale, and the documentary was great! Seeing the heart put into it by everyone, and just seeing what everyone is doing to support the child actors.

There's been some criticism elsewhere about the show not being as faithful to the books (even though the author is working on this series), or that they liked the movie better (which the author didn't like, it they all looked and acted like college students too).

The child actors were all amazing.

 

I mean, I wouldn't say they were amazing - I think the key though is just setting proper expectations. It's like the Harry Potter movies, it will take them years to really learn how to act properly. I did think they were fun though - I just hope the writing/directing lets more of their off-screen personalities bleed into the characters in the future.

 

While the actor for Percy in particular seemed to be pretty expressive and show emotional range.

Flooring the pedal ain’t so easy in a post-strike Hollywood, as flooring the pedal often means actors and writers getting shafted.

 

US capitalism is clearly incapable of not ****ing things up then. But don't worry, the exec bonuses are assured.

 

The author said they’re making adjustments to the story to account for the kids aging. But I’d rather they do it thoughtfully than rush it.
