SWRPF Archive Piracy Aint So Bad

"Oh, its about your family...Well I guess I'll leave you alone." Then Adam left the room and went to his quarters.

A-kaz frowned and got up...

"hmm..." A-kaz didn't want him to leave. He seemed disapointed, he hadden't talked to his buddy for a long time...

A-kaz ran out jis room and said after adam " hey man! wait! i'm fine..." adam turned and a-kaz finished " i wanna talk."

Lilly was still laughing, "well we need a good name, for this ship," finished painting her side she moves on to another color.

 

Rats laughs to himself at how silly these people can be.

"Well we need a good name, for this ship." Lilly points out.

Rats finishes up with the painting he was doing and faces the women.

"After those name suggestions, I think the emphasis would be on 'good'. How about Shadow Viper?" Rats suggests.

Vash walked out of the refresher. Everyone was one. He guessed they didnt' care where they were going... He looked at the screen. Ahah. This would be great.

The information had defineately been worth it. It was an abondaned space station off Tattooine. It was rumored to have quite a bit of fine weaponry and top of the line equipment. It had been set up nar the end of the war with the Yankee Victors but had been too late to see service.

The reason it hadn't been ransacked yet was that the automated ddefense system was still working, but it was nothing a good pirate crew couldn't handle. He got on the comm and pyut it to the shipwide channel.

"Crew, we're groing to Tattooine. We've got a date with a weapns cache"

Ranjoh started going through his recipes looking for dessert cuisine.

 

OoC: sorry, I have been working the early shift at work, wake up too early, go work my @$$ off then go back to sleep. I got a week off now.

IC: Sharad was leaning in a shadowed corner. The captain walked out and examined the scanner. He knew of the security systems and who operated them. "Well if you intend to keep the ship from getting lots more holes in it, we might need a different kind a' stragity." Sharad said as he steped out of the shadows, sitting the case down on the table.

Avery saw Hawkins and Sherad talking, about what she wasn't exactly sure. She walked over to the both of them.

"What's going on over here? Are we leaving soon?"

A-kaz caught up with adam and took a short breath. " whats been goin on with you?" a-kaz looked at adam's armor, " and since when have you been all military and super solider like?"

Adam grined and a-kaz said "you look like that d*mn bounty hunter..."

"Mhmm, we're going here, close to Tattooine. Theres a space station with Automated weaponry that won't shutup. So we're gonna force'm to shut up while still taking the weapons cache inside." Hawkins told Avery as she walked in. "Whatya got in the case Sherad?"

"Something thats gonna make shutting down thoes big guns a lot easier." Sharad opened the case to expose the three shiny injector missles. "These have a small bit of fungus and a concotion that I developed. The liquid, when mixed with plant life, in this case yeast, causes the plant to mutate and grow at an increadiable rate. Punch one of these into the fire controle room and it will fill up with fungus in less than two minutes. The droids maning the station woln't be able to move, much less fire at us." Sharad grinned, waiting for their responce.

 

"Or Vengeful Rodent, Rat's Fang, Li'qWaria, Ayr' cheah, A'bith-Mawl, Canyon Howler, Maquerade, or Apuva? I kinda like the last two myself."

The Bith from CoreSec finishes with the transponder.

"I'll be more than happy with whatever you decide, they're only suggestions."

His comlink chirps. He answer's it and listens for a few momments. "We have to hurry. I have a hot source that tells me he has a location for that group of pirates, but that it won't be good for long. You've got 10 minutes to finish up here and then we gotta go if we're to have any hope of catching them in time to prevent them from attacking innocents."

 

If Hawkins wasn't impressed, Avery was. Sherad, though, always had some new idea that he would kill to try out.

"Pretty deadly, Sherad. Where did you get the idea from?"

Sharad smiled broadly, "I got the idea from the weapon the Vong used to destroy Ithor. The Vong used a bacteria that ate organic materal, usless against droids. My version, on the other hand, is as effective on droids as on organics." Sharad turned to the captain. "Well capt'n, what do ya say."

A-kaz and adam heard the who conversation between the the comrads. A-kaz said "maybe it's not a goo time to talk"

A-kaz and adam walked into the bridge were the three others were. before anyone could realize he was in there he burst out, "we could use a pinch!" they looked at him oddly," It's alot safer than fungus or explosives and quicker too..."

"You think I should return to the Nova Blast and meet up with you in space, CorSec, or hang out on this ship? I'll do either. I have a droid that will care for my other rats." Rats asked.

A-kaz looked at them, looking at him with odd expressions...

"you guys don't know what a pinch is?" a-kaz rolled his eyes then looked at adam with a grin, adam grined back. " a pinch is like and explosive, what those nukes from years ago used to take out power. it would send out an electrical charge that would make all electronics die that are withing reach, without doing any damage to anything else, of corse... and in about 5-30min. everything would be back up and running. Me and my old crew, when we started out, used this alot... the only problem is it's hard to find... but me and adam here have....links..." another, stronger grin came across his face...

Ranjoh is obviously listening from the intercom in the kitchen.
"Wouldn't a good Ion cannon have the same effect?"

"Heh, nice. Sounds like the best way to deal with this problem. So it makes yeast fungi stuff that messes with the computer system. We'll load that stuff into our missles tubes later, riht now I'm gonna go see if anyone wants to play the dejerav board in the rec room."

As Vash Walked out he tured to Sherad "O, Shered, you know what? You're a really fungi"

TAG: Anyoe who want to tell he ugnaughts to put the junk in the missle tubes. heh, fun guy, fungi...

 

IC: Rhine

Rhine heard the others talking as he passed the bridge. He didn't stop to join in. There was something he needed to do. He'd been waiting on the ship all day waiting for nightfall. Rhine always found it easier to move around and night. The last time he was here, he was cheated at a card game. Revenge was needed. He had on a long coat to hide his tatoos, which everyone knew him by, with blastersconcealed within it.

"I'll be back in a bit Cap."

 

"All right that's finish this real quickly here."

Start to paint a little faster, and thinking a name for the ship.

A-kaz turned, with a dissapointed look on his face and walked tward the door of the bridge. he mumbled to himself, " fine..just ignore me..." a-kaz seemed to always be ignored by the captain, evr since that day during target practice. He never wanted to think about it or bring it up. And Vash made sure he didn't.

He headed out the door and saw his bud rhine heading outside. "hey!" he said to rhine, "mind if i tag along? i really need to get out of that ship there..."

As he's heading for the door, A-Kaz walks up to him and asks to tag along. Normally Rhine does his dirty work alone but this is his comparde, A-Kaz, so it's cool.
