It's so hot out. But hey - no snow!
I went to have my foot x-rayed and I did actually break my 5th Metatarsal...
How's everyone handling the heat?
What happened to the fandom? When did we become so mean spirited and vindictive?

It's important to understand the layers and depth of racism in order to be able to identify, address and tackle it.
Being actively anti-racist begins with us understanding the following four dimensions of racism: institutional, structural, interpersonal and internalized.
Now ask yourself and reflect, where can you begin to be anti-racist in your life?
A good place to start right now is on the interpersonal level - talk to a family member, a friend, a co-worker and have that conversation.
It's more than about time.

Surround yourself with people that push you to do and be better. No drama or negativity. Just higher goals and higher motivation. Good times and positive energy. No jealousy or hate. Simply bring out the absolute best in each other...
Some people feel the need to demean others to feel better about themselves because they seek attention which they don't get elsewhere.
I almost feel bad or embarrassed for the person picking on the people because they're hurting inside. When somebody is confident they feel no need to do this mindless behavior. Instead they wish to help.
Sadly, demeaning others is their way of coping. Whenever people go out of their way to hurt others, it means they are hurting inside.
Give that person a hug. Or a kick in the seat, whichever you feel they deserve!
