At least four of us will be in Indy Wednesday night as we are attending the Bulls-Pacers game with 16 other SW fans from around the world (at least 3 foreign countries represented). I'm not sure what any of us is doing after the game. I need to go for a run Thursday morning, but I don't know how early everyone else will want to get up.

"We are happy to announce that Gen Con has provided space for customers who pre-register for Celebration III autograph and photo coupons may now pick their coupons up Wednesday afternoon from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM in the show registration area. This opportunity to get your coupons a day early will allow pre-order customers to proceed directly to the actors' signing tables as soon as the autograph hall opens Thursday afternoon or allow you to enjoy other aspects of the convention knowing your coupons are safe in hand.

As an added bonus, pre-order customers will receive the lowest numbered wristbands that will be utilized for the ten actors who we expect to have longer lines and who will have their own queues. (Temuera Morrison, Ray Park, Billy Dee Williams, Dave Prowse, Matthew Wood, Peter Mayhew, Michael Kingma, Jeremy Bulloch, Leeanna Walsman and Kenny Baker).

If you can't get by on Wednesday, you can still enter the Autograph Hall coupon Fast Path line with your PayPal coupon purchase confirmation any time during the show.
    "

I already purchased mine last week. REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR PAYPAL RECEIPT OR YOU WILL BE S.O.L.!!!

George Lucas will be there on Saturday April 23rd!

    Schedule:
Star Wars creator/writer/director George Lucas, who will be making a rare convention appearance at Star Wars Celebration III, will answer fans' questions at three sessions on Saturday, April 23 at the Indiana Convention Center.
Lucas will start early on Saturday, with the first of three half-hour sessions starting at 8:45 a.m. He'll answer questions about creating the Star Wars saga, in particular his experiences making Revenge of the Sith. Rick McCallum, producer of the Star Wars prequels, will join Lucas on the Sagamore Ballroom stage with host Jay Laga'aia. Audience members will have a chance to ask their own questions.

    Stage Times:
    8:45 -- 9:15 a.m.
    9:35 -- 10:05 a.m.
    10:25 -- 10:55 a.m.
    Sagamore Ballroom, 2nd floor
All shows will seat from the north doors and exit from the east doors. The audience will exit at the end of each show. The Sagamore Ballroom seats approximately 3,300 people.

    Seating System

There are both Fan Club and non-Fan Club lines outside the Convention Center. The Fan Club entrance heads west down Maryland St., starting under the Marriott hotel skyway. The non-Fan Club line will run east from the Maryland St. lobby east entrance, and wrap south down Capitol Ave.

Seating for the 8:45 show will start at 8 a.m.

Approximately 70% of the first-show seating will be from the Fan Club line, and 30% from the non-member line. To sign up for the Fan Club, visit the Hyperspace/Insider booth in the Registration area before Saturday.

Show management plans to count and identify people with a visible marker between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. Be sure to be in the line at that time. If you miss the count you will not have another opportunity to get an identification marker. There will be no holding places for others in line.

If you do not have the provided identification you will not be allowed on the second floor until after the final show has been seated, or at about 10:30 a.m.

You must have a valid Celebration III badge, which you should obtain before Saturday. It is doubtful that people will be able to purchase a badge Saturday morning in time to get in line for one of the shows.

Once all are seated for the first show, queuing will start for the second show.

Approximately 70% of the seating for the second show will come from the Fan Club line, and 30% from the non-member line.

2nd show guests who have received an identification marker will then enter the building, go upstairs, and into the queue on the second floor.

Third show guests will be given identification markers: 30% from the Fan Club line and 70% from the non-member line.

Doors will open to all Fan Club members for early entry to the rest of Celebration III at 9 a.m.

At approximately 9:25 a.m. those Fan Club members with identification markers will be allowed upstairs to queue.

At about 9:30 a.m., those in the non-member line with identification markers will be allowed into the Convention Center, and should proceed up the stairs to the queue for the third and final show. The doors will open to the rest of the non-member line at the normal time of 10 a.m.

I think it's odd that Jake Lloyd is doing the Fan Club Meet & Greet, but currently isn't listed as doing autographs on the officialpix site.

From the fan club announcement: These are not autograph sessions. Please respect the actors and crew members who are sharing their time in the Lounge, and make absolutely no autograph requests during Meet & Greet sessions. No exceptions.

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Jake Lloyd -- Anakin Skywalker, The Phantom Menace ~I'm bringing my Episode I teaser poster & see if he would be inclined to sign it.

Hide your NAD badge before doing this (assuming that you're serious).

I'm bringing it anyway. Thats alright. If I get in trouble, I'll just tell them my name is Zach Nixon w/ NAD ;)

I'll just see if I can catch him some place else. I'm surprised he isn't signing autographs either. Chris who used to be with our group caught Daniel Logan between venues @ C2 & got his autograph. I'll bring my poster just in case the opportunity presents itself.

I wonder if he'll be a last minute addition to the autograph line. It's not like he has to jet off to finish filming a movie or something.

Back when the autograph name list was 40 it said at the bottom 2 more names in the works. Billy Dee Williams was added. If we are lucky there will still be one more.

I believe Temuera Morrison was added after Billy Dee, so that would make him the last one.

If you are fan club members you probably wont' get in the first group, but probably will still get in. I am currently planning on being in line around 4:00 A.M.. You can use a tag team approach until around 6, after that you can't. I'm going to basically have my breakfast in line.

Might I suggest Eggo waffles or Mini Wheats? I swear half the groceries that I would normally buy anyway now have Darth Vader on the package. I promise I'm not buying stuff just because of this!

We're planning on getting into the Fan Club line around 5am, but it all kinda depends on how much we get into Friday night. If we're up early enough, we might join you at 4am. Either way I think an afternoon nap is in order...

Yeah, with the Celebration party that night & breakfast with Warwick Davis in the morning, I'm going to be a Zombie! I might have to take an hour or two power nap sometime in the afternoon, because I don't see myself getting to bed early that night.

I was thinking about pulling an all nighter for the GL event, but so far my roommates may be wimping out. But Mike and Geoff if y'all are willing I'd like to join ya! Course if they won't let us get in line until 0400 then I'd like to give the Indy PD a letter of thanks for giving us the chance for some sleep. Course all we need is the "mark of the Lucas" to let us in. Get your mark and hit the rack.

Sorry, but I just ain't givin' up an entire night's sleep just to see some old dude in a plaid shirt. I'll be on vacation and I plan on doin' at least some relaxin'. If I get to see him, I get to see him, if I don't, I don't. There's still WAAAAY more to see and do--it's kinda like the whole Carrie Fisher situation at CII. Some folks wasted an entire day standing in line just to get a Carrie Fisher autograph, when there was TONS of other stuff going on. Maybe they thought she'd still look like she did in the metal bikini back in 1983...

You may want toCALL YOUR HOTEL & CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION & ROOM PREFERENCE ~ this is just a suggestion of course. I confirmed mine this morning & everything is "good to G.O."

For Saturday, I'm going to bring a fold up canvas chair & wait until I have a line number to see GL. After that I'll run it back to the hotel. Just make sure that you talk to the person next to you & tell them that you'll be right back. I'm sure most people are going to have to take a restroom break at some point & will appreciate the same courtesy.

Keep an eye on the Weather forcast.

Right now, they are talking about rain Thursday & Friday, but nice for the weekend. Highs in the mid 60's & lows in the 40's. Remember to get those rain ponchos to avoid looking like a drowned rat or having to tote an umbrella with you.

Not everyone is impervious to inclement weather & sleep deprevation like Gmsepiroth is ;) If I could find that picture of Michael snoozing for the line-party of AOTC, I would post it! [face_laugh]

Oh,& a WARNING to everyone going to C3:
WATCH OUT FOR WOOKIES! (especially wet ones~ PEE YOOOOSA!!!) "What an incredible smell you've discoverd!"

For those attending the Fan Force Party on Friday evening:

    Checking In / Registration:

    - Check in is at the Hyatt Regency Water Wall on the first level. It's a wall of water with tables near it...shouldn't be hard to find.

    - There will be 4 tables to check in, 3 will be alphabetical, the 4th for all intents and purposes is the VIP check in.

    - If you bought tickets for more than one person, please read:
---If you listed the people separately in your payment, as you were supposed to, those people will be listed on the list under their own names...all is good. You don't need to tell us so n' so paid for me.
---If you did not list the people separately, the person buying the ticket will have to be with you to get in.

    - You'll be given a wristband that you must wear at all times. Security will check it as you go upstairs, if they see you later on without it, you'll be thrown out.

    Misc Stuff...

    - In case you missed it, the 'announced' guest list was updated:

    Michael Stackpole (Author)
Gerald Home (Tessk, Mon Calamari Officer - ROTJ)
Steve Sansweet - Director of Fan Relations LFL
Mary Franklin - Fan Event Specialist LFL

There are more people coming, but that's going to be a suprise.

    - If you're $2 from your ticket wasn't enough, we'll also have a bucket where people can donate more money to the Kisses for Katie Fund.
