This actually got me thinking about something pretty interesting. Dooku doesn't actually do much evil in either the movies or TCW.

From what I remember, and after quickly checking Wookieepedia, it seems the only person he killed was the Zygerrian Queen. He also ordered the death of Sanjay Rash (from Onderon) and King Katuunko (from Rugosa). All of these targets were political targets, so it seems like he was actually only interested in the politics. I can't think of a single time I actually saw him kill any Jedi or even clone troopers.

He never seemed to be interested in betraying Sidious, except for his one comment to Savage, which I think he might have said just to get Savage interested, I don't think he had any interest in killing Palpatine. The only Jedi he ever really tried to fight was Anakin, and that was because Palpatine wanted him to.

He was pretty brutal in the old EU. Of course, nothing on the scale of Vader.

King Katuunko he wanted alive, Savage killed him out've unstrained aggression and impatience, which was about to lead to Savage's apparent execution at the hands of Dooku, not because he killed him, but because he failed the order. Dooku was not the kinda Sith Lord that got his hands dirty to do his own work, he was more along the lines of Sidious than Vader or Maul. This point was made even in season 6 when he had to personally deal with Lom Pyke and it was in that episode that a Jedi officially learn Dooku is Darth Tyrannus. And Sidious was punishing Tyranus for is strong of incompetence, sloppiness, laziness, failures whatever. The later seasons seems they were using Dooku a lot more. Only really around the time he lost Ventress and Savage's and Maul's introduction we see him more active than we have before(no that he was entirely inactive either mind you), but there was a difference.

Dooku always seemed to me to like being the guy behind the scenes. "You refuse to join our noble crusade against the Republic's corruption....I am sorry....but what happens next is beyond my control....?"

    You're severely underestimating Dooku's cruelty.

He has apparently developed a reputation for killing those who fail him, as evidenced by Ziro, Osi Sobeck, Trench and seen in action with Rish Loo. He ordered the execution of Lux Bonteri, a child, and was responsible for the enslavement of the Togruta of Kiros and the Mon Calamari. He was the one who ordered Wat Tambor to initiate the bombing runs on Ryloth that led to the destruction of multiple villages and the deaths of thousands of civilians. As far as political attacks go he ordered Vizsla to kill Duchess Satine, and had his own forces carry out the murder of Mina Bonteri because she tried to broker a peace agreement. On Scipio, he forced Padme to kill the leader of the Separatist Parliament when he objected to her arrest. He also personally saw to it that Silman was killed during the Sifo-Dyas investigation. I don't think he ever killed any Jedi other than Tiplee.

    And regarding Dark Disciple...

He commits genocide against an entire planet because it has resources he wants, including the destruction of refugee ships because "there are no innocents in war." This is what spurs the Jedi Council to have him assassinated. You can actually read it in the 50 page preview.

Doesn't for me for whatever reason...looks like something you'd get from the FBI or CIA after a FOIA request.

9 pm EST, on DisneyXD, unlike the first TV movie which was on Disney Channel proper.

Karabast, that was fantastic..... So freaking awesome! Really good season "premiere", yet now I want the season to really start! That ending was too much of a tease!

-Vader was a pure badass, and they really did a good job portraying him in this stage of his life. It seems he's let go of his past self, with the struggles we saw him go through in Lords of the Sith, and how he's referring to his old self as a completely different person ala TESB.
-Ahsoka, for the short time we got her, made me want to see more of her! I got goosebumps and a right stomach in the buildup to her sensing Anakin. Such an intense moment, and her scream and subsequent fainting really hit home and showed the affect it had on her. I really can't wait to see the two interact again!
-The Ghost crew was cool and efficient as ever! Got a chuckle out of Kanan going up to the stormtrooper commander, saying he looked familiar from the Academy, and then of course the knocking out and stealing of his armor. Also laughed at Chopper locking out the stormtroopers at Ezra's old house. And damn, Sabine getting her blaster bolts deflected back at her looked painful!

I love where this season is going so far, and wish they'd change their mind and start season 2 now!

If the next episode is the Lost Commanders, does that mean Rex finally got promoted?
