Ahsoka is OP. Made the inquisitors look like Magna Guards. To be expected, I guess.

It showed both the inquisitors strengths and weakness which I liked
7th sister is good at lightsaber combat while 5th brother is better at using the force.

    Garel is screwed!

Time for some child abduction. And the return of the great Ahsoka at last.
I think this was the first episode without Hera or Sabine.

Voice Acting goddess Grey DeLilsle guest stars.
The baby's name is Alora, nice reference to Willow.
    7 and 5 return.
    Grandma has guts.
5th Bro is good with lightsaber throws.
'You qualify more than I do.'
I see Ashoka's lying about Vader.
The way Ezra pops back up so fast was amusing.
Nice castle and is this planet Ithor? I'd assume so because of all the Ithorians. (I stand corrected it's called Takobo, it's just a settlement for Ithorians.)
    'I doubt the're renting.'
    Ahsoka in the A-Wing.
Chopper remembers Probe-y's (That's what I call 'em.)
'We blow up the ship AFTER we get the baby, what is wrong with you?' Well Chopper is most certainty a sociopath.
Is this the first female Ithorian? I can't remember any others.
Numa doll, man those things must be like the teddy bears for the SW Universe.
    Zeb: Baby Hunter.
    Baby Ithorian is kinda cute.
Poor droid didn't stand a chance.
The way 5th bro slams down that basket, he's so furious.
    The floor stabs.
'I got something they can retrieve.'
    'Only when your wrong.'
Kanan really likes to try and sacrifice himself.
    7th Sis being sassy.
The vent scene feels like a reference to that one scene from Die Hard
Kanan vs 7th Sis and Zeb fights 5th Bro with his bare hands!
Ezra got attached to the baby and gave the location away.
    Speeder escape was awesome.
    7th Sis being a badass.
Ezra, with a baby in one hand and a lightsaber in the other, makes a stand. Kid has my respect now.
    AHSOKA
Her entrance and the accompanying music was suitably grand.
Ahsoka vs 7th Sis is amazing.
'Who doesn't want to be a mother?' Lady, I don't want to picture what you'd do to a child.
    Ahsoka kicks ass.
'Tell your master he'll have to wait.'
Guess 7th Sis definitely ain't Barriss, Ahsoka would have mentioned it.
    Children of the Force reference.
Chopper + Babies = Devastation waiting to happen.
Cliffhanger. And next episode seems to be an epic one centered on Ezra and Kallus seems to be in trouble.
And for once 5th Bro didn't screw everything up, good for him.

The Child kidnapping was low. Even by Empire/Inquisitor standards.

This episode was damn amazing! Very tense, and I had my heart in my throat the entire time just knowing what was going to go down. First Kanan facing off against the Inquisitors. That got me jumping. And when the blast doors open and Ahsoka emerged, I almost needed a change of clothing... I love how she just made those Inquisitors look like younglings. How she deactivated her lightsabers and just relied on the Force to disarm the Seventh Sister... Damn...

And I don't get why people hate Ezra. He's a badass, and his character development is some of my favorite in SW. Just reflecting on him thieving on Lothal, taking jogan fruits from an old vendor, to selflessly standing up against two Inquisitors who know doubt are much better skilled than him, lightsaber ignited while holding the child... Great stuff.

Although him revealing their new base in Garrell... Doh, Ezra... These next two episodes will be insane!

Ahsoka is actually worse than before... [face_plain]

She's like starkiller, Qui-Gon, Obi Wan, and Tartovsky Mace all in one big OP package.

Ahsoka being stronger then the Inquisitors isn't that far of a stretch though. She's trained under one of the best Jedi (Anakin) as well as fifteen more years of training we have not seen.

Besides, the new Rebels Recon for this episode mentions that the Inquisitors are kept on a tight leash in terms of what they learn etc. Palpatine wouldn't want them to get too powerful after all.

Well Ahsoka played out how I imagined she would on this show and making short work of those Inquisitor's too - , except she stopped short of slaying them which made no sense imo . Unless she can't or won't bring herself to taking a life for some oddball reason they're givng her, but perhaps Filoni does not want her to be outright murderer so he came up with this thing where she won't kill to remain "pure" or keep herself from turning dark.

I would've gave this episode a solid 8 or 9 but instead will leave it at a 7. It had some misplaced moments of comedy, the Inquisitors slaughtering everyone but keeping the mother onboard the ship alive made no sense. Tano I thought was trying ease her death but the cut to the next scene, could imply that mother could be alive as they did the same thing with the next mother in the city. She was miraculously not killed. It just took me out've the moment and episode. Not sure why there is no fathers with either of the mothers, seems pretty strange. Tano not killing the Inquisitor's and instead allowing them still to be a threat and thus allowing the writers letting them being used to stretch the season is annoying, one or both of them should've been killed off there.

She was OP because the inquisitors are low level force users compared to her and don't worry all those people you mentioned would wipe her on the floor.

BTW, when she shut the ligthsaber off using the Force, it reminded me of Yoda and the Mortis bunch. So her fighting style and ability suggests she is pretty much a match for Vader on this show, whether that means a stalemate eventual duel or more, or not remains to be seen.

they've been saying that Ahsoka is the Obi-Wan of Rebels. When she turned her sabers off and 7th sis lunged at her I really thought she meant that literally.

Ahsoka entrance was like Darth Maul's entrance in Episode 1

Anakin murdered a bunch of Jedi children (and before that Tusken ones), and this is the guy that later gives orders to Imperials including the Inquisitors, so I don't see child kidnapping as being the low point of the Empire.

I could be wrong and it's Gwendoline Yeo as I thought Kalifa from Padawan Lost was voiced by Grey way back when but I'll eat my hat if that ain't Grey.

Alora was pretty close to Elora, the baby's name from Willow. Not sure if it was coincidental or not , but was pretty cool though.

I thought she was still alive?

Anyway I really enjoyed this episode. It was creepy; Seventh's dialogue really helped add to this. But seeing Ahsoka fight against the Inquisitors was great to see. I also liked the callback to the Clone Wars episode where they had to rescue the force sensitive children.

I might have to rewatch this episode on WatchDisneyXD or iTunes since, for some reason, the broadcast jumped back to the show without a "we're back to the show" bumper and just at the scene of Kanan and Zeb jumping out the apartment complex window. I apparently missed a duel between Kanan and Seventh Sis according the image gallery.

Anyhow, this was another enjoyable one. The Zeb and Chopper scenes were hilarious. (C1-10P: Parent of the year; on another note, he's gradually becoming more and more similar to another astromech OC I created before he was introduced). And Ahsoka's duel was awesome as expected (the highlight is definitely her grabbing Seventh Sis's saber and tossing it away).

As I suspected, it seems "Children of the Force" was indeed a proto-Inquisitor program, and Ahsoka's comparison of that episode's events to the Inquisitor's abductions makes it seem all the more apparent.

Only criticism I have for this episode is the lack of clarity when it came to Darja's fate (that Ithorian hijacking victim definitely seems dead if his speeder was that high above the ground). Judging by Filoni's "Nothing I can show on Disney XD" comment in the Rebels Recon, I'm beginning to wonder if some of the more risque aspects of the show are him trying to compensate for the lack of on-screen deaths-by-lightsaber and faced characters being too explicitly killed.

Ahsoka: "Well, tell your master he's going to have to wait."

Seemed more like a deliberate jab at the viewers rather than at Seven. Filoni knows how much we're waiting for the Ahsoka and Vader reunion. :p

Seems to surely end the Barriss stuff by now.

I think there is something up. The episodes also for some reason imo often do look more noticeably edited more so than the TCW .
