a_g, you got the right list. qingauk, I agree with you. The problem is a lot of people have access to a movie set and the degree of loyalty varies especially as a production wraps.

I give up on the chat questions. I think they are favoring certain folks. One person had five questions answered, another had at least three answered and two others at least 2 answered. At least Ronderoo and DB had theirs answered..mine get ignored and they are not even ones that ask a spoiler!! I even got there early and still did not get answered. Pooh..

About the crispy critter spoiler.. definitely bad for the person to do that and I think GL should fire them. It's like the dam in getting to spill now that they are winding down and packing up.. only ten more days to shoot with mostly Anakin, Obi and Palpy/Sid. I am interested in seeing some of the documentaries as they will be interesting.

 

Ok... any one who thinks *we* are crazy should take head. The timestamp on my post is correct, and I AM at 3:39 AM. I was awaken about half an hour ago by a guy screaming and pounding on doors claiming that he was going to be murdered... he went from flat to flat screaming and begging people to let him in... one of my other nieghbors said he was going to call the police (I did too after the guy screamed again)... cops showed up, asked a few questions of my nieghbors... looked utterly bored. Ambulance shows up and the cop says this guy was probably on some serious drugs....


I'm going back to bed now... but **** that was scary...

That would've been scary- I once had these 2 idiots pounding on my house's door screaming "We know you're in there- get out here or we're gonna kill you! We gotta gun!"

Needless to say, I called the police. They immediately swarmed our place (gotta love living in New England small towns where the cops have nothing else to do) and found out the idiots were construction friends to the guy who lived next door and got their house number wrong.

Best thing about it, when the idiot guys boss found out what they did- terrorizing young women first thing in the morning- he canned them.

Great Diary today.. discusses Hayden's athleticism and how good he is at all the moves he has rehearsed for months. Pablo really compliments him on how good he is with the fight scenes and how Hayden feels when they are right or not.
Can't wait to see this

Here's something interesting I saw today...I'm riding the subway to work and I'd just put away my SW Insider because my stop's coming up. A few feet away in the crowded car, I see a young guy, dressed in business casual wear and I noticed he had a shoulder-length lock of braided hair (his hair was otherwise short). I blinked, thinking it was a hallucination from my SW-addled brain. But I got a good look at it and it wasn't some '80s skater rat-tail, it was the good ol' padawan braid. Hanging from the correct spot just by the ear, on his right side. He didn't have the little tuft at the back of his head, but still. I was amazed. I wanted to ask him when he's taking the trials, but I chickened out.

That was pretty scary stuff, DB and PLJ. A few years ago I woke up in the middle of the night to hear some guys cursing and arguing outside. I looked out and I could've sworn I saw one of them pull a gun. I freaked and grabbed the phone to call 911, but the guys quickly got in a car and drove away. Weird.

Sounds like some scary crap went on tonight - glad everyone's all right, though.

I almost wish people would stop mentioning even vague references to spy reports - if you read enough people's reactions to a certain tidbit, you can glean something from it. I have, and I don't like it. Knowing about Anakin's severed arm in AOTC was bad enough.

It's cool some people here got their questions answered in the chat - now, next chat, several people need to ask about where the heck the japor pendant is... if enough people ask maybe there'll be some kind of answer!

And Word on Hayden's dedication - he really does care about his craft, which is why it irks the heck out of me when people totally trash him for no reason. Glad to know he's not afraid to exert himself in strenuous scenes, lol.

On a completely non-A/P related question- did anyone here know that Hasbro came out w/ a 12" Lando in Skiff Guard figure? I had no idea. I have the original Lando from many years ago and just love him- he looks great w/ my vintage 12" figures.

I'm totally irritated that I never knew they came out w/ this new Lando. He gets no respect

Yeesh...what a long, dreadful work week this has been. First of all, I had to work on Labor Day. Secondly, a co-worker of mine quit suddenly with zippo advance notice so I had to scramble all week long to get some of her work done. So please excuse the following mini-rant:

Whew! I feel much better now. I needed to get that out of my system.

Now on to happier thoughts! Pablo's last chat was cool. I was especially pleased to read the part about his reassurance that Padme would be important in episode 3.

Like the person who asked the question, I was kinda concerned about NP finishing her scenes so much earlier than her co-stars. As a Padme fan, I'm glad to hear that NP's earlier departure doesn't necessarily reflect the size of her role.

 

Oh geez, I just noticed my spelling blunder (thanks work for dragging me away so I couldn't catch it before it was too late! )

Glad things are going good then Abs. The DV icon was but then I saw the new one and was [face_shocked] (ya know, the whole forbidden thingy). Anyhoo, IJ has to come up for air sometime and I'm sure you'll be right there to provide the resuscitation.

Slowlearner - Man, I agree w/you there about TGIF!! Wish you didn't have to shoulder all the extra weight because some butthead up and quit like that. I'm sure PoolBoy will lend a hand and caress those weary muscles.

I am enjoying all your fanfics.. I also just got #56 of The Republic (DH comics) and the special one on Ayla.. pretty good reading. The artwork is so well done.
Imagine Anakin fighting during the clone wars and leading a bunch of Padawans..but one of them is a Tusken who helps save him.. ohh.. next issue will be very interesting.
