I've been listening to Bryan Adams Cuts Like A Knife album all week. I know he gets a lot of **** for his power ballads but that is a GREAT album.

 

The last album on vinyl I got was Lynyrd Skynyrd’s Second Helping- great album

Heading to bed now, got an early start tomorrow since we're going to Oxford (for a birthday meal for my sisters ).

Haven't done much writing today, been kinda distracted. I did get 1500 words done in the last hour, not too bad, was work on a battle scene. It feels a little rushed though, will need cleanup and expansion later, but it's a decent framework. I'm concerned with it not feeling too slow-paced, while also not having it being too 'outline-ish'. It has to have enough detail, but not at the expense of the story's momentum, if you get my meaning.

I think there was a double LP although I am old and forgetful. Electric Arguments is by the Fireman, by Youth and an unknown artist named Paul MaCartney. It might be the best thing he's done since the Beatles.
