Sabine is a total bad-ace. I honestly think it looks better on her that way. Though, I still would like to see some more traditional Mando armor on her. Right now, she sacrifices armor for agility.
I don't think I've seen the deleted scene, but there are defietly a male and female Mando standing near Maul after he kills Vizsla. And the female Mando shot at Bo-Katan as well.
I think Sabine's past is fascinating and almost demands further exploration. I mean she was an Academy student, bounty hunter, AND a Mando to boot??? How cool is that?
I just want to know how the heck she joined the crew. As well as what the Empire did to her to get her to leave the academy.
I want to see her be killed by an Inquisitor Jango Fett style. It could be done in a way that isn't to gruesome for a kids show. The jedi crew members shouldn't be the only targets in this show. It would really go to show that these new Inquisitors are a threat if they are able to kill one of the non-force sensitive cast.
YES This is the DARK TIMES. Many people that have stood up against the empire are dead. While I enjoy her character, some of the crew should die during this shows run. And I think she should go out as a hero, saving lives but still not a match to an inquisitor when she is caught up against one alone. It would be ridiculous if the Rebel crew all survives the series.
majority of the crew needs to die. Ezra and Sabine will be only two to survive, IMHO. But, I wouldn't be surprised if it's only Erza who lives past-Rebels.
An interesting possibility. I don't think Rebels has ever alluded to her parents being dead. Didn't she just responded with "the empire" when Ezra asked about them?
I think it's a pretty likely possibility that her parents are dead, she wanted Ezra to have faith in his own being alive.
I'd guess so, possibly at the expense of other Mandalorians on Mandalore. That interpretation would also be consistent with Maul being all alone now. The whole Mandalorian respect-for-strength thing (which we see with Death Watch and hear from Fenn Rau) is such a double-edged sword. Stereotypical Mandalorians are your best friends until you really need friends.
So is Sabine Hera's co-pilot now? Because in the lasy couple of episodes she's sitting in the chair next to Hera helping fly the Ghost/monitor thimgs instead of being in her gunners position during fights.
TheSilentInfluence i just figured Sabine copilots cause she's a better pilot than the other spectres.
Yeah, that's true. It's nice to see though. I really feel like they sre setting up for Sabine to be a real leader in the future. Maybe she'll even lead her own group of Rebels one day, or even a clan of Mandalorians.
Agreed. Of the others we've seen pilot the Phantom, both Kanan and Ezra seem to treat it as we would a car: just something to get us from point A to point B. They don't really seem interested in pushing limits in starfighters like Sabine and Hera are.
Well, when Ezra asked her what happened to her parents, she just said "The Empire", probably meaning they killed her parents. And according to Hidalgo, we'll be getting more Mando storytelling in Rebels. Excited about that.
