Hey guys, i know that there are a few Buffy and Angel fans here and ever since the show has gone off the air, at least for me TV has kinda sucked! However, Joss Whedon, the creator of both works has been salivating to do a spin-off based around Faith, the other Slayer introduced in Buffy and had apperances in Angel. Since it is not likely that Angel will be put back on Telivision, this is the best bet right now. Eliza Dushku who plays Faith is intrerested but more support is needed. If you are interestedm Head over to saveangel.org for more information. Thanks.

Although I thought Spike was pretty cool and not too hard on the eyes, I could not sit through an episode. I tried REALLY hard because I really did like Spike but in the end, I just couldn't do it.

I loved Angel and Buffy! Not only was it a cool idea for a show, but the writing was hilarious.

But Faith is in jail. What are they going to do, bust her out somehow? Actually, that would be fun.

Faith isnt in Jail anymore. In season 7 of buffy shes actually a good guy and helping buffy, and in like season 4 of angel she is a good guy as well.

Right, duh. Forgot about that. :p In any case, if it has the chance of being as good as Angel and Buffy, I'm all for it.

I loved Buffy & Angel. However, I stopped watching both about a year before they both got cancelled. I just wasn't feeling the storylines. I'm sure Faith will be a good show for a year or two, but I don't think I can get into it.

Buffy wasn't cancelled, it had seven seasons which is the normal length of a tv series. Angel however was cancelled after five seasons, but that was because the WB head guy was an idiot. Had he not worked there, Angel would still be on. Anyway,if youare allabout the faith spin off, head over to saveangel.org

I gave "Buffy" a chance for most of the first season of the show, having seen writer Whedon's and director Fran Rubel Kuzui's original movie(wherein Kristy Swanson played the title role)...which, in all honesty, was decent for the fact that it was clearly a comedic spoof of sorts.

After the first season's end, I totally lost interest. Mostly because I really didn't like the way Whedon was approaching the vampire myth. Sorry...if I needed a supernatural creature to represent raging hormones, I would have gone with werewolves. :) I also disagreed with the notion of using a little boy to represent ultimate evil.

Of course, I heard that said boy was axed in favor of the Spike-Drusilla angle, but by then I didn't want to commit to the series since, again, Whedon's approach to vampires didn't sit well with me. I mean, for one thing, those weren't vampires Buffy fought given the needless latex face makeup schemes...they were more like prunes. :)

I prefer vamps to be more human-looking and thus deceptive in nature. Pale skin, glowing red eyes(in emphasis of their rage), fangs, gothic attire. That's it. I wouldn't consider using latex to create a monstrous appearance unless the vamps were SERIOUSLY angry.

Just my $.02 in dactarians. :)

Ouch, bad kids are not good. Babysitting for those types of kids is horrible.
