Good Morning Charis... I couldn't sleep last night... too many night shifts this week my body clock is all out of synch

 

I know exactly what you mean and you have my full sympathy - the side effect of shifts is similar to jet lag. Can't you choose to stick to one shift pattern?

Also couldn't sleep - this place is too quiet - no sirens, cars, drunken arguments - just silence. It's frecking me out.

 

Thanks! Thats the prob charis day shifts then nights... your right it would be easier to stick to one pattern... OK I'm staying up for the day now... But it is Friday 13th so I'm staying IN.

Yeah I'm like that if it's too quiet it keeps me awake... I can hear the M1 from where I live so i've always got that drone in the background!

Wish I could stay in - it's cold, wet and miserable outside. Got to get back to London though cos I've got a good friend visiting tomorrow and then I'm off to Reading for a collectors fair on Sunday - back up here on Monday. I'm practically living on trains lately lol

 

LOL not really that superstitious, but it's cold so I've got an excuse to stayin...!!???
