Oh my, I think the first time I'll see Kit speak I'll think of Joker from Mass Effect.... I've played that game too many times.

Kit Fisto is Dr. Evil's son and Nute Gunray is Spongebob?

Good grief... this series is getting stranger by the day...

I would LOVE to see Nute burst into the iconic spongebob laugh. The guy who voices Patrick should be his other Nemodian friend. That would be epic.

They needed to hire the guy who voiced Mojo Jojo from the Powerpuff Girls cartoon. He had Nute's accent so dead on when playing Mojo that it was creepy. (Apologies to those who have no idea of what I'm talking about; I couldn't find a sound clip or a video clip of Mojo to save my soul.)

It's too bad that Culture Shock only printed a transcript of the phone interview with Tom Kenny rather than record it and post it online, because Kenny says a line in his "Gunray voice" there. I'm curious to know what his rendition of Nute would sound like.

Like... Spongebob... with a pseudo-Chinese/Translavanian-ish accent.

    Actually, that's a horrific thought.

I wouldnt worry about Seth green, he has done voice work before im sure he will come up with a unique voice for Kit. On the other hand I never really cared all that much for kit anyhow.

I really liked who voiced Kit Fisto in the microseries, personally. He gave Kit the sound of a mellowed out pothead, which I think would suit him perfectly. I love Seth Green's voice acting, but he's a little too.... cartoonish? I know it's an animated series, but it's also Star Wars. I wouldn't really want Kit Fisto sounding like Chris Griffin, but I'm sure Seth could just elaborate on his own voice....

Don't care much for Kit. Care way less for Seth Green. Guy thinks he's God's gift or something.

Plo Koon is where it's at!

Good catch there! Although if that's Green, he's changed his voice quite a bit. That also sounds like a different Kit Fisto "voice" than the one from the old Clone Wars shows. Then again, Kit only had one line back then, so I guess that's not much to base anything off of.

Dave isn't voicing Plo Koon- James Arnold Taylor is-voice of Obi-Wan. It's on his official site, so I'd trust it

Seth did aright as the voice of the pilot in Mass Effect; you could tell it was him right away but he didn't sound all whiny and half-amused the whole time like he normally does

Yee_Moh is totally right. Even though, I don't think that clip above is the best example of his voice, Roger L. Jackson, who does Mojo Jojo's voice would be very fitting as Nute Gunray.

But Tom Kenny will do probably do the job as well as Roger L. Jackson would.

    About Kit Fisto:
Judging from the few clips I've seen, that voice doesn't sound like Seth Green's to me.

I'm unsure, all the clips I've seen with Kit Fisto you can't really tell. It somewhat sounds like Seth Green. He is a voice actor, the dude will suprise you.

I was just about to say that. It's definitely...wait, James Arnold Taylor? It sounds EXACTLY like Samurai Jack though...

    Odd.

Kit fisto has a mild Jamaican accent in the lightsaber battles video game. Although it is quite obvious (we get it, his head tails look like dreadlocks), I kind of like it. I hope Seth keeps that accent when it is his turn to voice the character. (keep it very mild Seth, not over the top.)

I don't know but from the clip I saw (The free preview clip on iTunes) it doesn't sound like Seth Green as Kit. You can hear Kit around the 3:30 mark.
