Can I just admit I have no idea how people do and don't get points and whether points are even a good or bad thing? Is this golf or basketball? What is happening?

If you've seen what movie the person who's turn it is says they haven't seen, that person gets points, if you haven't seen that movie, then you get a point. When it's your turn, you get a point for every person who says they've seen what film you say you haven't seen, if they say they haven't seen the movie then they get a point.

 

So why do I only have two points? Does 3 minutes count as seeing a whole movie?
