Ahsoka Shin Hati

Agreed. But sometimes saying almost nothing just obscures a character's inner life for no good reason.

Shin is articulate. She should be able to speak a bit more.

 

There was a brief moment between Ahsoka telling Shin that she could help her and Shin running away that made me think we were on the cusp of learning more about Hati but then nope. Didn't happen.

Comics and novels are meant to expand on characters from movies and tv shows. I think we will be given enough info

 

Well, she wants power, so that part is consistent. But she doesn't like the witches. This suggests she may kill them and try to become Thrawn's main Force user.

 

I feel like the character has ran away more often than actually looking capable of winning.

 

But she still looks fabulous in every moment so it's fine she can escape to be a Shin Hottie another day

 

I want to see Shinn + DR Aphra in live action, this assumes Aphra survives past Vader, which I have no idea if thats true,

 

The people insisting that Shin has feelings for Sabine make me laugh. Shippers really do grasp at straws to try to force a ship between two people who have shown zero inclination in that that direction, or even people, such as Shin Hati and Sabine Wren, whose only interaction thus far has consisted of murderous stares and actual attempted murder.



The only feelings for Sabine that I have ever picked up on from Shin thus far are "I want her dead!"

Look at that stab to the kidney! Sabine can survive with one kidney! I bet bacta can even regenerate it.

Well, there is a room for improvement.
IMO, so far Shin has a good balance, being both a formidable opponent to the younger heroes, but also yet not powerful enough to effectively fight Ahsoka.

 

Younger heroes? Id say they are about the same age. She might even be younger, its hard to say.

So far she won one fight with Sabine but then ran away when Ahsoka arrived for some reason. She had a 2nd fight with Sabine and ran away when Sabine got the upper hand. And now she got beaten by an unarmed Ezra and Ahsoka. Then she ran away again.

I don't know if she is meant to be a formidable opponent or if she is meant to be not that good.

 

She defeated Sabine both times and took down Ezra.

 

She could only take down Ezra when he was off his guard which allowed her to force-push him. But when it was one on one with him he beat her fairly easy without a saber.

 

They are younger ones in regard to the side of the good, being younger than Ahsoka, Hera and Huyang.

He made a mistake during the fight, she used it, fair enough.

 

No it was even matched.

 

And what about that crazy people online claiming she is the new Mara Jade ?

 

Well only in new version perhaps

 

Mara is popular, that's all, people want to see a new character acting like her.
Will be funny though if eventually Shin will become more like Lumiya or Tahiri Veila.

 

She's a bit heavy with the eye make-up. I bet her journal is a depressing read. When the inevitable personality flip occurs I predict she'll receive some kind of makeover that better reflects her sunnier outlook on life.

It's a tired old trope....

 

Nah, even if she does turn good, I hope she keeps the darker look.
