That mural in the house is something alright. The three main adult characters/species look exactly like those depicted in the mural.

They missed the war. They think Jedi are still around. I wonder when they arrived there.

 

X-Wings with Ion Cannons, awesome. And the cannons look physically different, they didn't just fire from a standard x-wing cannon



I think I saw some old Dell laptops in the observatory lmao

 

It is a pretty easy retcon anyway, just say it is a pirate title some else picked up down the line Dread Pirate Roberts style, especially since that is clearly one of many aliases he has used.

 

The Jewels of the Republic were definitely cordoned off to contain some awful monster or super weapon

It’ll be funny if they realize the word “jewel” was mistranslated and it’s actually like “nightmare of the republic” or something crazy and you get a twist Indiana jones ending

 

Heard a crazy theory that Jod is Kenobi's brother. That would be insane!

 

Do wonder if he actually has the force. The Key could be faked, but I'm not sure about make the noise to distract the guards just like Kenobi

 

The force runs strong in that family ha. Or maybe poor Jod didn't pass the test and stayed home.

 

Jod-bi Kenobi - bi being a prefix for two.

 

That was such a fun episode, I give it a ten

I freaking love this series.

 

When Fern said “that was too easy” when they escaped I thought that meant the other pirates were in on the plan; I guess not though.

 

I liked it, but it feels weird seeing little kids smiling while shooting at x-wings…

 

But then seeing the X-wings shoot at the kids with ion cannons like in Rogue Squadron on N64 made everything feel right!

(I was wondering this entire episode if the moon they were on was “The Jade Moon” from that game, very similar vibe going on)

 

This was great. And now they need to get David Lowery to direct a Star Wars movie.

 

Fun but quick episode with lots of moving parts. Not sure why the kids would go anywhere without SM-33. I wouldn't. Nice introduction to a new character. Kym seems fit for the kiddos. So...Crimson Jack huh? Jod Na Nawood is his Jedi name? I think thats his alias. He clearly either has the Force or master trickery. Now where are they off to? They have the coordinates?! I'll be rewatching this one again.

 

Keep thinking of Phee and the Bad Batch. That treasure didn't exactly have much intrinsic value, aka nightmare like.

I felt this was a tribute to Princess Leia in ANH.

Wim's father seems like he is not buying what the Security Droids are selling. Who is the Supervisor.

 

I literally LOLed at Wim's smile when he saw his turret. This show knows how to make kids act like kids. I'd be the same way. And the first thing he does is spin it around while shooting everywhere. Yeah, perfect.

 

But may be he is a bad guy he is a pirate but there's more then meets the eye with him he could redeem himself if he does have bad intentions.

I loved the episode I loved the info about there planet that surprised me and the escape was great and in the end the dog fight was great! But back to the Jude Law character may be he has a deal to lead the pirates to the kids planet. My favorite episodes so far were the first 2 but this was really enjoyable! Who was the EU Character was it the owl character?

 

Good episode. Yeah as far as the Crimson Jack name goes that easily could just be a title lots of pirates use.

 

But wasn't the Crimson Jack character originaly from a cheesy Comic? The comics first of all aren't as canon as the books and movies more so then video games or may be at the same level as video games.

 

True. Even with that though it's still easy to say Crimson Jack would just be a title. It doesn't even sound like a real name.
