So, I just got my wisdom teeth pulled...

Yeah, just skip school tomorrow. Relax this weekend, and hopefully you will be good to go Monday.

Thats the plan... Yesturday my dad told me I had to work with him all day Saturday... hopefully If I still feel like crap he won't make me work... And working with him isnt the most fun and relaxing job in the world... I work for his plumbing buisness as his assistant... Hopefully I'll feel good in the chance that he will make me work anyway. Eh, its money...

 

Ended up finally getting to sleep at 2AM last night... But then woke up in pain 2 hours later at 4 . I came downstsirs and took my medication, and I had to eat somthing with it, so I grabbed half of a hamburger from the fridge. I swear, it was like death swallowing that thing. I think they might have cut the side of my tounge during the opperation or something, because it hurt like hell in that spot when I swallowed. I put some numbing stuff in that spot, and the medication finally started taking effect. I'm not just sitting here with the ice pack again

There is some good news though... The swelling on the left side has gone down, and I can now close my jaw!! . I cant open it very much, but its nice to be able to close it so it will make eating a LOT easier..

 

Saber holder, I don't wanna scare ya here, but I too
had impacted wisdom teeth pulled (4 of them) and I
wasn't back to "normal" for about 5 days. This was
about 4 years ago this month actually.

The first night was BRUTAL the gauze in my
mouth kept getting bloody. I had zero appetite. (I
am surprised your Dr. told you to eat a big meal. Mine
limited me to pudding and soup, but I sure wasn't
hungry.) I really had a hard time sleeping the first
two days, then it just starts getting a little better
each day. After one week I was back jogging again.

I was prescribed a pain killer, which I managed to take
once, but it upset my stomach and had me hugging the
toliet bowl that night. Just hang in there, you'll be
back up to speed in no time. Soon you'll go from

Thanks for the words Juke.... All I'm really worried about is getting better before the 21st... I don't want to be like this when the OT comes out on DVD
