As far as I understand it Gabrielle is actually taller than Xena, they used boxes to make Xena taller.

 

Oh man, I love Xena. It's so utterly ridiculous but also had some really great serious moments. Plus it was the first show that let little me see that girls could be action heroes just as well as boys could.

I've come to the conclusion that Lucy Lawless just gets hotter as she ages.

 

I have no idea where you heard this but a simple Google search tells you that Lucy Lawless is almost 5'10" and Renee O'Connor is 5'4". Plus, you know, if you actually saw the show, you'd know that's just a completely ridiculous 'factoid'.

 

Yeah, LL is usually taller than whoever's interviewing her (LOL).

The show- so goofy, so laughable and yet somehow still good.

 

How hot is LL? Let's just say that Gaius Baltar is one lucky SOB for about 4 episodes in Season 3 of BSG.

 

The show was a seeeerrrious guilty pleasure. I could've cared less for the story and acting. LL's cameo in Eurotrip was the only reason to watch that movie.

 

I watched an episode or two. Kinda goofy but entertaining

 

Lucy Lawless would be totally smokin' if she weren't such a beanpole.

Well when weaponry comes up, I must speak.
I've seen (on TV) a Sikh throw these with amazing accuracy. The brilliance of it is two-fold, it cuts like a circular saw because of the spin and it can bounce off a shield or armor and cut someone else.

Also, Deadliest Warrior tested one (not that their tests are always that sensible) and showed it could in fact cut off a man's head cleanly with one throw.

 

Her hot blonde enemy was a lot hotter.

 

Callisto was pretty hot too, until she went all psycho demony in the later seasons

I watched that and Hercules, followed them pretty closely for a number of years. They were both pretty good in my memory, till the later seasons when they both got weird. Where Gabrielle had all that mystic stuff goin on, and after the thing with Iolaus. And if you watched it you know what I mean, and if u didn't I don't want to spoil it... If for some reason you want to watch it 10 years later lol.

 

And, somehow, she was also the Angel of Truth on Touched by an Angel...

 

Wait wait wait. Espy likes a show with a strong female lead. I don't believe it.
