I think my rant was just a kneejerk reaction of How dare you criticise people who don't find something simple that you do

I think have a lesser form of dyslexia (words and numerical errors), but I will never go to testing because I don't really need to tbh. At the height of my university time, I was able to remember three or four 2000 word essays, word for word, and then rearrange them as I needed for an exam. I surprised even myself tbh. Now I can't, though then again I am not in a situation where I have to.

who cares if people spell correctly?? if its readable then thats fine. plus if they are in a rush.....

I admit I do tend to have a go at people who don't spell correctly

But that's because I was brought up well, and know how to speak & spell English words the right way. Something which it seems a lot of people today lack.


The most annoying thing is when people always put "your" instead of "you're" and "were" instead of "we're". That makes a big difference to how a sentence looks to people.
You don't just write things the way you say them, we are not American

The only reason I make spelling errors is when I'm typing too fast and press the wrong keys.


Also, poor spelling makes people look un-educated and not very bright, which I'm sure is not what people want
