"Hey, Ock." Hobgoblin said as he flew in front of Octavius. "Who else did you invite to this little get together?"

Octavius grinned. "A few old acquaintances. All of whom hate Spiderman." He grinned again as his mechanical tentacle spotted Bone Saw McGraw on his way to the island by ferry. "Ah, here comes yet another one of our invited guests. That only leaves Mr. Osborn and Mr. Brock and we can begin..."

Poison had killed the whole resturant. "Ahh the taste of blood..can be so deadly" She rolled her eyes, she thought there were villans in this town. "Come on where the hell are they all?" she said looking up. "The bug is gonna pay" she said she ran to the hospital and then stopped. "Vacation...Lots of people...Statue of Liberty...it will work"

She found herself on Liberty, she walked around killing some people. "Killing people just isnt what it was. She sits down on the grass. Waiting for more people to kill.

Macendale pondered what he'd just said. Mr. Osborne was the Green Goblin...whom he didn't get along with very well. And Brock. It struck him at once.

"YOU INVITED BOTH PARTS OF THE DYSFUNCTIONAL SYMBIOTE FAMILY?!?!" He asked in desperation. "Haven't you ever seen what happens when psycho boy here gets together with Brock?"

New York City: Statue of Liberty

Octavius grinned again pointing his thumb back to the Controller. "Why do you think he's here? He can change their attitudes if anything should happen. Besides, wouldn't you agree that having both parts of the same symbiote working against Spiderman would greatly improve our advantage?" He turned to face the Controller and then looked over his shoulder back to the Hobgoblin. "As for your problems with Osborn... the same applies to both of you as well."

IC: Matt then went to his closet and pulled out his red suit, slipping it on under his casual wear, and headed for lady liberty.

"I hope He has good reason for holding a meeting this late.." he thought to himself. As he approached the towering figure, he gave a slight smirk.

"Looks like rain..." he made his way into the lobby and up the elevator to the top.

OOC: Why is everyone coming to the Statue? I only sent the message to the ones I've tagged in my previous posts. DOC OCK never sent it to any of the heroes. Just HOBGOBLIN, CARNAGE, BONE SAW, VENOM and the GREEN GOBLIN. He's smarter than that to invite any heroes or anyone else...

 

OOC: I was setting myself up to come in the story. I wasnt sure what you were doing so I just jumped in.

Macendale didn't like the idea of having the Controller in his mind, but as long as he kept Carnage under wraps...it was okay to have him. "Okay. As long as we're hunting down the Spider, I can call a truce with Osborne...that I don't mind. I was just worried about the two symbiotes trying to kill us and eachother." he said as he settled down to the ground and dismounted his glider.

Cletus walked over to the Hobgolin. "Don't worry Hobgoblin. The only one doing any dieing will be that wretched Spidermnan! Although maybe a few unammed thugs will persih, but who cares about them anyways. "

The Green Goblin prepares himself and bursts from the bunker under OsCorp, heading for the Statue of Liberty

"HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Now the Doc calls this meeting....I wonder what else he's planning on...maybe I'll get the chance to crush the Bug once and for all!!"

*Wolverine roams carefully through the jungle. Running the leaping stoping only to look down at the tracks he is following. Until he stops dead stance and sniffs the air. Almost instantly he stops, extends his claws and jumps straight up and swings into the tree. Moments later 4 bodies fall from the tree he lights a cigar and says**

:You are gonna have to do better then that Chucky

*The jungle disolves to reveal a giant gymnasium like room and you hear profressor Xaviers voice over an intercome*

:You have broken your record time Logan, congratulations. Cyclops is waiting for you in my office

I found this guy on an old Spiderman game on my Sega Genesis....so he's not original, but I've never heard of him aside from that game.

Bio:

Aerographical scientist Leland Owlsley was a man on a mission. The mission: to give humans the natural ability to fly. He also dabbled in the natural ability of night vision, which made owls the perfect subjects for his studies. When a testing attempt went wrong, Leland was gifted with the powers of both flight and night vision. Upon further investigation, he realized that he had two talon-like claws on each hand, just like an owl.

With his new powers, he can do anything he likes....although he doesn't know exactly what it is he wants to do.

IC as Ironman

Tony flew over Washington D.C. He was making his daily patrol of the city. As he flew overheard, he would look in dark alleys and abandoned warehouses for trouble. At one point, he came down to the city streets. There, he headed to the rooftops of the buildings to ensure safety to his city.

Green Goblin

The Green Goblin arrives at Liberty Island and lands at the feet of Lady Liberty Hmmmm I've arrived...but where are the Doc and Controller...I'm not in the mood to have my time wasted..

 

The Owl

Somewhere in New York City

It wasn't often that a man of Leland Owlsley's reputation went to one of these third-rate establishments. McDonald's. Even the name was degrading. As he placed his order, Owlsley winced upon looking at the greasy food that was being served. //I'll be surprised if I don't die of a heart attack.// he thought silently, taking out a five dollar bill to pay for the food.

"What the hell is that?!?" the shocked cashier exclaimed, pointing at Owlsley's hands. It was true; two talon-like claws potruded from either hand, causing the man to curse his luck for not withdrawing them before showing his hands. The act was easier said than done though.....It took a great deal of concentration and pain to do it....pain that Owlsley didn't like to needlessly go through.

He shrugged, and grabbed the cashier by the collar, pulling her in close. "That, my friend, may have been the most costly mistake of your life." He glared at the woman, and brought his talons up to her neck, a threat that he didn't mean to go through with.

At least, until the police officer showed up.

The cop, off duty at the time, had seen the whole thing, and now held a pistol level with Owlsley's chest. "Let her go, you psycho!" the man said, obviously afraid for his life.

Owlsley glared at him as well, and let go of the young woman, letting her scared form fall to the floor behind the counter.

"Do you really want to shoot me?" Owlsley asked, slowly moving toward the officer. "After all....I have done nothing wrong."

"You are wrong!" the man shrieked, "You threatened her!"

"Like I threaten you?" he asked, now close enough to almost smell the fear radiating from the man. He suddenly stopped, and looked down at his hands. //What am I doing?!?// he thought to himself. All thoughts of holding back were erased though, when a single command came from inside him.

Kill the fool.

Owlsley rushed forward, slashing once with his left-handed talons, and stabbing upward with his right-handed talons. After a moment of initial shock, the man's hand fell to the floor, his wrist pouring out his lifeblood. It was too late though; Owlsley's stabbing talons had peirced his diaphram, killing the man instantly. His limp form fell to the floor, leaving Owlsley alone with the rest of the patrons.

"Leave me be!!" he shrieked, diving forward toward the door. His powers of flight kicked in, sending him barreling through the door, and up into the dark New York City sky.

The Owl was born.

IC as Doc Ock and Controller

New York City: Statue of Liberty

Octavius smiled as the others came. The only one missing was Eddie Brock, whom he then figured they could pick up along the way. He let his mechanical extensions do the walking for him as he climbed up the leg of Lady Liberty and began his announcement to the villains below.

"Gentlemen, the reason I have invited all of you here is to make a proposition to all of you. I propose that we join forces. All of our individual efforts have been in vain and Spiderman has humiliated us all in one way or another. I propose the formation of a team. The formation of... The Sinister Syndicate! That annoying web-head Spiderman has foiled all of our plans for the last time! Put your personal differences aside! Let tonight be the night that the Sinister Syndicate forms to destroy Spiderman and get him out of our hair once and for all!"

He looked down to the others from his high perch on the Statue's leg looking down to those he had summoned. He was sure that this would get their blood boiling and they would surely join him.

OOC: 1baldwookie, I was gathering the villains to make a Super Villain team to fight Spiderman. That's why each of these villains were tagged specifically.

Oh, any idea where Venom is? I need him for plot development...

Ock's speech brought back memories of the Sinister Six in Macendale's mind. If only the others were here as well. But it was no matter. With the exception of the wrestler, this group seemed stronger...and more suitable to the task, than the Six. With a step forward he proclaimed, "I will join forces with you, once again old friend."

Carnage thought this over for a moment. He stepped forward. "I'll join your little group. Anyway to get Spidey out of the picture is fine with me!"

After a moment, a light bulb came on in his head. "Are we going to have a leader of the group?"

Faction: Evil

Bio: Quentin Beck started his career as a hollywood stuntman. He later branched into special effects, and within a few months was one of the industries top special effects designers. But Beck grew tried of his continual backstage role and wanted something greater. One day a friend jokingly told him to take out one of the new cotsumed crime-fighters, that were popping out of the woodwork at the time, if he wanted to make a name for himself. Beck took the idea to heart and began to study the then fledgling Spider-Man.
He entered into a partnership with the Tinkerer to steal industrial and military plans. The two men pooled their genius and developed an alien disguise to mask the true nature of their crime. The scheme was foiled by Spider-Man, but the hero did not see through the villains' diguises. After more planning and study of his foe, Beck attacked Spider-Man as Mysterio, master of illusion.
