Well, I finally got Jango to do that jump once. Unfortunately, I ended back up on that lower level (don't ask).
I can tell you that the code Mace_Windo listed for 'get mission 2' works fine.
Now I have graduated to repeatedly plunging Jango to his death in the conveyor belt section.
Going to try SithShadow's suggestion tomorrow - have killed Jango :( enough for today.

DarthAnonnymous: I don't believe there is a code to play as Boba Fett.

Does anyone know how to get the secret on level 2?

The prison breakout level is HARD!!!! This game got tough really fast. It was a piece of cake until I got to the level where you break into the senator's apartment. Now breaking out of the prison is crazy!

I've beaten the last level, but I havent beaten the second level. I think that is funny. The last level is cool, you have to use your flamethrower almost the whole time.

The breakout level is the one I'm on Foxbatkllr. still lots of fun, shooting anything and everything and not so many difficult jumps for me. I just have to figure out how to keep from getting shot to death...easily done with more practice.

"I was meaning a walkthrough for the entire game."-Jedi Master Guff

If you want a walkthrough for the entire game buy the strategy guide they do a better job at it than I can ever hope for.

If they don't have Boba in it it will be a real shame.
alot of the appeal Jango has on me has to do with his relationship with Boba.
I think if they make a sequel to this game it should have a level with little Boba and Jango as well as the older Boba and be about the Fett legacy.

Unless it's some sort of easter egg that changes the character model, I doubt Boba will be in the game at all- he wasn't even "born" yet during the timeframe this game takes place.

The developers have hinted that we might get a Boba-themed sequel, which is why they named the game "Bounty Hunter" and not "Jango Fett".

I seem to be stuck on Malestare, at the point where Zam continually says "I need your help here - blast it, Fett, where are you?"

Someone suggested using the sniper rifle on the dugs across the canyon, but they're so far away, that doesn't seem to be doing me any good. There appears to be a skiff on the other side of the canyon, but I can't find a control to bring it to me. Any suggestions?

Well, I got tired of plunging Jango to his death on the conveyor belt level so I went back to the steam pipes. Finally got Jango to make that (insert description of choice) jump from the first pipe to the second. Once you go up the ladder onto the top of the next pipes (and kill off the bad guys), where do you go? I tried jumping down onto the smaller pipe near the boxes on the opposite side but that is a dead end. I tried jumping across to the pipe on the opposite wall but lost 1/2 my health when I missed. And I tried jumping up to the doorway from the landing where the ladder is but it is too high. There's nothing else obvious that I can see. What's the next step?

I used my jet-pack rockets to kill the dugs on the other side. Zam is there. I just aim for where ever I see shots being fired. I'm sure that's not how you are supposed to kill them though. I don't know how to aim the sniper rifle. I cant see anything far away in the signt. Is there something that locks onto the target.. like the bounty scanner?

I'm stuck in the Death Stick factory where you just keep falling down levels.

First of all, Bounty Hunter does not allow you to play as any other character other than Jango. There were initial news that Boba would be available, but a phone call to LucasArts yesterday confirmed for me that you can only play as Jango.

In order to get across the canyon you need to get on the skiff. How? In the room before the canyon with the building there should be a switch you activate on the bottom floor. It took me ages to figure out what the switch was for.

As for secondary bounties i got 92.

Can someone please give me a few tips on how to get the secret for level 2 and 3?

On the bottom floor? I don't see a switch... There was one on a bottom floor before the PREVIOUS canyon. Is there one that I am just missing here? I'm so sick of hearing Zam yelling "Bast it, Fett, were ARE you?"

CwrnPuppet what you want to do when using the sniper rifle is use the right analog stick to zoom in ( up ) or zoom out ( down ). You will be able to see who you have to shoot and you will see Zam.

So THAT'S how you use the Sniper Rifle!!! After 4 Chapters, now I finally learn how to use that rifle. I guess I should read the instruction book huh?

I rented this game tonight to see what it's like, and I gotta tell you, this game is a masterpiece. I haven't had this much fun playing a Star Wars game since I first played TIE Fighter.

Finally, a good console Star Wars game.

Found the Strategy Guide in one of the local Game shops today - NOW I see where I went wrong! Might finish this level after all.
(Then I can go back to plunging to my death as I get the hang of the jetpack..)

I meant the big room that has the guy on the turret. There are three levels here. On the first one there should be two different doors that go to two different places. One goes into a bigger room filled with enemies, the other goes into a much smaller room that has a switch on the right as you go in. Once you hit that switch the skiff willl eventually come over to your side of the canyon. Hop on it before it goes over to the other side. From there there are two more buildings. Hop on the top of one of them and use your sniper rifle. Be careful not to shoot Zam.
