I will be happy to ship anything you want Anne. Well, Han in carbonite may be out of my price range though

Question, what kind of backpack did you all bring, assuming you did, to the previous Celebrations?

Here is the UK I had a daypack for the last Cele. However, if you came in with a backpack you had to stand in a line for security to check it and that was a pain in the butt if you had an early panel to get to. My friend and I just got a couple of plastic shopping bags that we could put in our pockets after that. We transferred anything we bought/picked up to backpacks at the hotel later.

I just had @ChrisLyne carry my stuff.

In all seriousness, I’ve done regular store backpacks, fancier SW backpack and a messenger bag. It all comes down to what you prefer in terms of carrying it all day and the size. Since I usually get autos and photops, it’s important for me for the size to be able to at least comfortably hold an 8x10 without having to fold it or it being difficult to grab and put away. You also don’t want the bag to be too big and cumbersome.

I drag along a small carry-on piece of luggage on wheels, -safely. I got that idea(not a new one) from 2009 at SDCC. it's very convenient as long as your safe getting around fans and exhibits. it also keeps photos, prints and autographs in good shape. I haven't had any problem with this in years.

I didn’t bring a backpack last time. My awesome wife did :p. But I’ll probably bring some small. I don’t collect a whole lot.

I usually grabbed the free swag bag they handed out on the first day of the con and used that. I don’t really buy a lot of stuff at Celebration - maybe a book if there’s one coming out early or some variant comic covers.

I'm not a big shopper, and since I have stayed at a hotel within walking distance for most Celebrations I just carry heavy stuff back to the hotel.

I think I took the Celebration Europe tote bag to Chicago. I needed something that could hold poster and photo protectors.

@Padme501st, this bag would make a fine addition to your collection.

    That is me :p

It came with a bunch of junk in it. Last time in Orlando they had a booth with numbered gift bags and I chose this one because it was huge. And because why not. Lol.

At one of my local cons I had a VIP ticket and it came with a huge bag like that. I could sit inside it if I wanted.

Too late probably ....but any chance I could buy your pass? I've been bugging the Lyte people who say it's probably not going to happen unless people want a refund. So here I am...with a ..new hope :)

    The last Celebration in Orlando.

Shoes got destroyed in 2 days. My wife told me not to bring them.

I have already refunded my ticket. The strange thing is I won't get the money until the end of July. I'm suspecting that they need to get all the cancellations in, and then resell them before they can refund the money for the original tickets.

I think it's just a slow process. I think it took them a while to process refunds the first time around and they didn't do a resale.

I'm kinda peeved that I'm not getting any emails with these updates - Date changes and hotel block reservations. I would know nothing about any of it if it weren't for me keeping tabs on things in this forum and others.
