I think Hidden Empire ...Not only because of what Charles Soule has teased...but also since that is the finale of this whole Qi'ra thing it may show all of her recruits joining up with Exegol and the Sith Eternal by the end.
I remain sceptical they stay clear of Sidious' corrupting influence. That he enjoys twisting everything and anything has been one of the consistent strands of the new material.
Knights of Ren are really fun characters based on the comics where they appear. I wonder when and how they'll join Palpatine or maybe they'll wait for the post-RotJ Star Wars reboot.
As well said in Victory's Price about another group of Palpatine's servants - murderers' loyalty to each other is not a redeeming quality. And aside from it there is nothing good about the Knights, they are just bloodthirsty bastards.
As I understand it, the Knights' basic ethos is that they serve whoever is strongest on the Shadow. I'll their formation that was Ren and then Kylo. Yet they were already connected to Snoke and eventually submitted to Sidious and the Sith Eternal. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
I just read this and thought they looked cool....I do wonder how this will play out as how they connect to Exegol and how this whole tragedy thing plays out.

Spoiler Hiding Director Barsha's face like that suggests some big reveal about his identity, I wonder who it could be...I certainly can't think of any of Crimson Dawn's inner circle who looks like that.
Hope that he is really Spoiler Gallius Rax. Preview is already quite intriguing, issue #5 promises to be exceptional. (Although how this series corresponds with Darth Vader vol 3 is still a mystery). Spoiler Regarding Palpatine's theory about another Sith. Hope that it will be finally revealed - whether or not he knows (through the Force) that Maul is dead. Would be interesting if he knows and suspects that the Crimson Dawn is under control of Zabrak's secret apprentice, with Qi'ra being just a public face.
Rax is just another Admiral at this time. He doesn't rise to prominence until after Endor per Palpatine's contingency. Rax's role is to end the Empire if it fails to protect its Emperor. This is a new character. I think its just visual storytelling that his face is shadowed because his face doesn't matter in the fascist context of the Empire. He's just another high ranking officer, which ultimately means nothing in a fascist bureaucracy. None of the "Directors" or "Grand" anyones will ever achieve the status of the Emperor, by his own design, which is what Q'ira elaborates to the Officers of Crimson Dawn in the first chapter. The Galaxy under the Empire is a pyramid, designed to never allow anyone but the Emperor to be at the top. At the precipice are the Sith, but even Darth Vader is not at that top level, only Darth Sidious.
Plus, I don't think Rax has an official appearance that would spoil anything if he was shown onscreen, nor was he connected to the galactic underworld. If they are hiding the face like this, then the fact has to given something away. In particular, I think it has to be an underworld character from one of the comic series...
u are thinking to small we've seen Soule is Trusted at Lucasfilm. is he trusted enough that Barsha is
Good question. I also want the answer to this whole tragedy business. This has taken too long to come out.
Ooo, somehow I imagined that Barsha could be Anton Lesser´s character from Andor (or another from that series to be revealed later), or that would be too far ahead in planning to be feasible? I don't know when the casting for Andor might have been done...
Spoiler Palpatine and Vader have caught on about Qi'ra and Maul, it seems. Maybe too late! Choke on it. Love it. I wonder what the Screaming Key connects to... the Screaming Citadel?
