Good God, Serra Keto is freaking invincible. It took me seventeen tries just to kill her and get to Cin...and then he wasted me....

Yeah, Ivan from IGN has issues... you don't even want to know the rants he goes off on on the Metal Gear series. [face_plain]

He's the ultimate "I'm a fanboy pretending to be way cooler than a fanboy, come and see how good I look" game journalist. That is, he slams good games he "doesn't get" because it makes him look like he's "on the edge". [face_laugh]

Yeah the IGN review is crap, I wont even bother reading it because its b.s. Obviously the Star Wars fans love it, and I think that anybody who liked the RotK game will like this one.

I absolutely loved mission 11 when you take out a bunch of Jedi. Its not that I think the Sith are 'teh cooliest', but I feel its one of the best designed mission. All the fights are fun, the Jedi assasins are neat. I don't think I'll like that part in the movie so much though :(

Advice against Mace....make sure you use all the environmental objects in your favor, and deffinatly use combos and not button mash. And then when you get back into Palp's office, be ready because that's when he charges hard.

Well the secrets upgrade your characters health and force bars. Could there be something else big that you unlock when you find them all? We don't know, I haven't heard of anybody finding them all yet. I'm working on it, sometimes they're a bitch to find though.

Oh, further proof the IGN review is a hater. I present to you, TeamXbox's review of this game, and unlike IGN's, its actually OBJECTIVE! Imagine that. The final score is right in line of what most think. Here's the link.

I finally beat Dooku, and I'm playing on the default settings of the game. It took me a dozen tries to beat him, and I'd hate to see how Mace is going to be.

Now only if they could make it xbox live compatible...

Ok, does anyone have any idea how to get out of the saberlock when they move their sabers left and right, then the opponent hits you with his forearm? Nothing I've tried seems to be able to get out of that, not even block.

"those big saber locks? well for ps2 version tap triangle and square rapidly "

I know to hit X Y repeatedly on XBox. I mean when the sabers clash, and it's not a saber lock, but they push each others' sabers to the left, then to the right, then the opponent hits you in the face with the back of his forearm.

I need to know how to get out of that.

"Guys Im on Utapu or however you spell that & I have to defeat the Clone Gunship Its really big lol but how do I do it ? I guet the ida I force push those big barrels at it but after that what do I do ?"

    Throw your lightsaber at it.

    IGN has it about right.

Jedi Power Battles > This abomination
    ---------------------------------------------

    Okay, I'm just going to say this right now;

Anyone who just blatantly slams this game in such a biased, uninformed and incoherant manner clearly has something against Star Wars and/or the developers. They're probably affiliated with the tons of LucasArts employees that were fired by LucasArts management (not The Collective's fault) and are very bitter, looking to down this game.

The only other valid explination is that people are looking for KOTOR3, which this game never said it would be.

If it were KOTOR3, it wouldn't be the Ultimate Jedi ACTION Experience. It's the movie game, with the emphasis on the ACTION.

Jedi Power Battles... that's funny. When was the last time you actually looked at Jedi Power Battles?

Anyway, I've stated my opinion and really all of these things are just opinions, because at the end of the day it's whether you like it or not.

I'm loving it. I'm up to the Temple level with Yoda. Cool stuff, but I think I might jump on the music bashing bandwagon on this one. The music for that level is from ROTJ and I really think some ROTS music would've spiced this part up. But as I said earlier, the music for the movie wasn't even started whe the game was done, so oh well...

For Saber Locks, you press towards the enemy and block at the same time. When you're in the move (called a shunt?), you press light attck. There's also some way to dodge it if you're on the recieving end, but I don't get it everytime. I think it might be both attacks?

Even with the code for unlock duelist, There is still 1 duelist that is not unlocked. I have already beaten the game but he or she is still not unlocked. Does anybody know what you need to do to achieve this? Plus is there a code to get all the secrets?

    "Okay, I'm just going to say this right now;

Anyone who just blatantly slams this game in such a biased..."

Bias implies prejudice, as if I was predisposed to dislike this game...which isn't true.

    "uninformed..."

Hmm...I've played the game. You've played the game. How exactly are you more informed than I?

    "and incoherant manner..."

I said that Jedi Power Battles is better than this game. You seem to have understood my point, so I fail to see how it was incoherant.

"clearly has something against Star Wars and/or the developers."

    Wrong and wrong.

"They're probably affiliated with the tons of LucasArts employees that were fired by LucasArts management (not The Collective's fault) and are very bitter, looking to down this game."

So...Everyone in the world who dislikes the game is part of some anti-LucasArts conspiracy?

"The only other valid explination is that people are looking for KOTOR3, which this game never said it would be."

So if you don't like the game, you are either a conspirator, or you wanted this action game to play like a turn based RPG? Call me crazy, but there are probably a few other "valid explanations" besides those two gems.

"Jedi Power Battles... that's funny. When was the last time you actually looked at Jedi Power Battles?"

    July 17, 2001.

And just for the record, my assertion that Jedi Power Battles > This abomination wasn't just hyperbole. I seriously think it's the better game. It's like, you know...an opinion.

"Anyway, I've stated my opinion and really all of these things are just opinions, because at the end of the day it's whether you like it or not."

    ^ LMAO

Anyway, I despise single-player hack and slash games. And I'm getting the idea that this is game is just that.

If it's more than a LotR: TTT hack and slash type thing, let me know.

I can't figure out how to get past the part on Mustafar where you play as Anakin. I can't get the second bridge to extend (the area where you're on a platform connected to two hallways by two bridges that you must extend).
