Full Series Star Wars Rebels Season 4 Discussion (Spoilers Allowed)

lol I'm willing to bet if he'd have said they were gonna do S5 you'd turn round and say you'd know they were gonna do that as there was a seasons worth of story to tell

 

AWESOME TRAILER!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm really sad this is the last season but I'm also happy because we now know for sure that this is gonna be taken seriously, no pushing things aside now. Dave has to wrap all these characters arcs up and by the sound of Hera at the start, I'm very worried.

My favorite parts:

-Bo Katan! I mean we knew she was coming but still that's awesome!
-More Mandalorians! From the trailer I was able to spot Bo Katan, Sabine, Fenn Rau, Ursa, and possibly Tristan along with the clan Wren mandos, Clan Saxon mandos, and some of Bo's troops!
-More Tie Defenders! It looked like one of them even had red markings on it!
-Rukh! I'm so glad they're bringing more characters back from legends, even the smaller ones. I can't wait to see what they do with him.
-X-Wings and U-Wings! We sorta knew these were inevitable but it's about time.
-Sabine also seems to have a new design in the first shot when her and Ezra are riding on the wolf.
-I also really like the updated designs for Saw and Kallus, they're looking awesome!

I'm really terrified they're gonna kill a bunch of people off this season, hopefully Hera isn't the only one to make it out. Whatever happens to them, we know by the end of the season their family is broken up....

 

I might have just screamed and jumped around at the Kallus reveal.... I never expected this show to make me love that character so much. I need a book of all this from his POV somewhere down the line.

 

You can look up my older posts back from around when last celebration was happening. I wrote that I expect there to be one more season and that we will be getting an animated series set between 6 and 7 after the said season concludes. ;P

 

I don't think that is Sabine...I think it is Mama Wren.

Great trailer but I have two prominent things really stuck out to me:

1. Those space stations remind me a lot of Imperial Space Probes. Can't remember if we've space stations like that before or the history of Imperial Space Probes but it's just something I noticed.

2. If you look to the right of Kanan's head when he's petting the wolf you can see a drawing of what looks like Yoda, or at least his species, on the cave wall. It even has a an oval shape near his/it's waist that is probably a lightsaber.

 

Happy that the Noghri are canon again. But that Rukh is back makes me fear for Thrawn!

WOW disappointing according to IGN, Rebels S4 is only 15 episodes. So the final season is as long as the 1st season.

OK they need to announce a new show for Fall 2018 this year. Waiting for Fall 2019 would make the wait to almost a year and a half.

 

I have only one hope: that they won't mess up Rex's storyline and have him live through Rebels just to add to the overall continuity (referring to the whole RotJ beared guy thing).

I mean just imagine a scene between Vader and Rex... Vader could be interrogating Rex about the location of the Rebel base and then kill him without so much as a second thought.

I really want to see Rex confronting Vader and getting killed doing so.

 

WHAT THEY SHOWED AN EPISODE

 

There is a Rogue One related book, which talks about Commander Hera and "her team" uncovering the Death Star and it is the first time the Rebel Alliance learns about the weapon. This is probably the finale.

 

caught this in the S4 Trailer. What's in the box? Ideas, jokes, recipes?

 

We're back to single episode stories until...something happens. No storytelling, just explosions and generic lines.

Weakest trailer by far.

 

You do need a legitimate exclamation on how Tano can walk away from a fight with him. The fact Anakin trained her is a disadvantage, and would Vader let her live?

 

Yes. And it has a very, very, very, very, very, very dark ending (if the leaks are true)
