(my friend came to school after watching Star Wars last night)
my friendin a rage* I THOUGHT SPAAK WAS IN IT!
me; no. That's STAR TREK!
my friend; That's what I watched!
me; no you saw Star WARS!
my friend; see! you said it yourself! I watched Star Wars!
me; You said you watched Star Trek!
me friend: I did! Now why wasn't Spaak in it?!?!?
me: THAT IS STAR WARS NOT STAR TREK!
my friend:That's what I watched!

That would be the Death Star.

Why don't the people bleed?

Star Wars & Star Trek, just because it has the same word in the does not mean they are the same thing.
If they confuse that then how come they don't confuse Gone With The Wind with Wind In The Willows or Dr Dolittle with Stuart Little or Batman with Spider-man?

 

I watched the prequels with my old roommate and then I put in A New Hope:

Her: So is Ben Kenobi Obi-Wan's father?
Me: Ummmm, he IS Obi-Wan. Shall I rewind a bit here?
Her: But Ewan McGregor plays Obi-Wan.
Me: Well, yes, but this movie is set 20 years later and he is an old man now.
Her: Well, why didn't they just get Ewan to play him again...they can do great things
with make-up. They could make him look...
Me: Ewan McGregor was just a kid when this was made.
Her:
Me: I'll just shut this movie off now. All right, let's go over this again...

yeah, why is he the only Black Jedi in the Prequel Movies? and why a purple Lightsaber. should have just made the color black.

 

So my principal, whos an awesome guy, sits me down at lunch, and knowing that i'm an avid star wars fan, says to me: okay, so I'm not really buying all this star wars stuff- its just not realistic!" I asked him what he meant by that and he said " ya know on that one city planet, in all those scenes theres like thousands of space cars goin every which way! Where are they all going?" He was serious he thought that was unrealistic. I said just look at seattle and ask the same question.

 

That should win the award for world's dumbest question, it technically doesn't even relate to Star Wars. I can't belive he honestly thought they should all be going the one direction or we should know that the aqualish in the blue speeder is going to the super market. DUH!

me and my mates are star wars fans and once one of my best mates said to me, why did they do the last 3 first then the first 3 i almost killed him. he says he a avid star wars fan muhuhahahaha lol

 

I KNOW, RIGHT! My sister is my exact opposite, can't stand anything sci-fi, star wars least of all. I have had lengthy discussion trying to explain the concept of prequel trilogy and original trilogy to her and it's as if her mind shuts down!

This is'nt really a question. But when I first saw ROTS with my parents, sister and granma (who all have seen Star Wars many times and introduced me to the movie well not mt sister and grandma, but anyway it was during the Order 66 part when Yoda is about to kill the two clones my granma whispered to my sister "Yoda's next" my sister said "What?" Then my grandma said "he's going to die" and my sister said something like "No he does'nt he dies in Episode 6."

 

This isn't exactly stupid it's just funny and cute, but reading all these made me think of it.

my 6 year old neice along with her brother and sister and me were watching Return of the Jedi one night and the scene with yoda where he passes, my neice freaked out "YODA DIES?!!?" and then started to cry.

It was the cutest, sadest, funniest thing. she'd seen the movie before, but kept falling asleep before that part. I felt so bad because Yoda is her favorite and she cried for so long.

 

Guy: It's because you're a trekkie...
me: I've never even seen star trek
guy: oh... oops... what do they call star wars fans? warsys?
