back to Bionic Woman: I havent got time to look now, but Ill try n find the clip I saw on you tube later on. It was like a 5 minute preview, and it turned me around on the series.

I started watching Heroes. Up to episode 10, so far its been pretty good.

 

The YouTube preview of Bionic Woman kept crashing after 1m, but the NBC site has all the preview vids on their site anyways... Bionic Woman preview


It looks better than I was expecting. So basically the team behind BSG have done to BW what they did to BSG ...

And of course, gotta love an evil Starbuck

 

I'm actually interested in BW. The original show was an old favourite of mine as a kid, so it will be interesting (if the trailer is anything to go by), especially with Starbuck involved What's the US release date?

 

September, from memory.

For those watching Heroes as it happens on television, since I don't want to touch the other thread... did anybody else have a massive WOW moment as tonight's episode finished and they showed the preview for the next one? Damn wow. Wow WOW.

It's a pre-recorded US segment, or so I've been told by the people Ch7 wrangled to dress up in costume for their entertainment.

 

i closed the link down before i came in here to post, but has everyone seen the Sarah Conners Chronicles trailer? Looks pretty cool, and has Summer Glau, so Ill give it a shot.

 

Awesome does not by itself do justice to what was shown on television tonight.

 

For the rabid LOST fans, the producers are apparently planning to keep fans enthused about the show in the 8mnth gap until S4 by releasing "webisodes" a la BSG.

 

I watched Heroes last night (Episode 20), previously I had only watched up to episode 7, but I really loved it last night so I really want to go back and watch all episodes up to now!!!

I might just wait for the season boxset though!

 

Does anybody watch Curb Your Enthusiasm?

Whats your opinion of it? Ive seen the first few episodes, and it's taken awkward humor to new levels. Do you find it somewhat funny or hilarious?

 

Mostly funny, but a few moments of hilarity (usually at the expense of the celeb guest).

 

Caught some promos of Sarah Connor Chronicles online. The kid that played Zack in Heroes as John Connor looks right (he's enough of a blend between Furlong & Stahl), but I don't buy into him being the same guy who survived the events of T2. And Sarah Connor is played by the Spartan Queen from 300, which throws me because she's only 33 while the character should be heading for 40. And again, I don't see her has being the same Sarah Connor who encountered two Terminators and spent a number of years in a psych ward plus some time training in Mexico for Judgement Day. It looks like both Connor characters have become softer for a wider TV audience.

It's a shame, because the concept of tracking the events between T2 & T3 would make a great TV show. I guess we'll have to wait till it airs to find out.

 

I'm going to call abomination on this one and I haven't even heard of it before, let alone seeing it.

Get to the frigging robot wars already!
