"Are Kaminoans aquatic creatures?"

They're probably amphibious.

Kaminoans are most likely amphibian creatures, since you see them outside the water, and you see that one guy riding that big flying thing, underwater (I forget its name). Therefore, the assumption that there is some sort of land mass on Kamino is probably correct.

O.K. Everyone, strait from Star Wars Insider #60:

Autumn Weather
Kaminoans prefer their planet's Autumn season, when the sky never clears and light rainstorms fill the atmostphere. Summer heat and brightness is unpleasant to the Kaminoans, with their large eyes and delicate skin.
There you have it. The summer is hot and bright, meaning there IS a sun, and the planet is warmed.

They call it the best season because to them it IS the best season. [/hl]

If the Earth's ice caps melted, and thunderclouds enveloped the entire planet, the waters would not freeze. It would a dark water covered world.

If Earth were closer to the Sun with the above scenario, we would become something like Venus. If we were farther away we might become something like Mars, except that Mars can't hold onto an atmosphere, so Earth would not be nearly as desolate.

Physice is alive and well in the GFFA, its that society's manipulation of technology that separates them.

Since GL says SW is a fantasy in space, the superior technology is described well by the first part of my sig. :)

So,

Tatooine
Alderan
Yavin
Hoth
Dagobah
Bespin
Endor
Naboo
Coruscant
Geonosis

And we see not only Yavin, but its moons as well. Same thing for Tatooine and Coruscant if I'm not mistaken.

Maybe the Hutts won Kamino's sun in a bet, that's why Tatooine has 2.

Kamino has to have a sun. Go to the official site here: Kamino if you look at the picture on the left Kamino has a bright crescent shape in the pic. That shape is caused by the sun hitting it and the Point of View of the camera. If it had no sun it would be much darker (ambient light in space) and would be viewed as a sphere from any angle. Our moon phases work the same way.

The reason we have seasons is because Earth rotates and is tilted..the plain of the equator does not cross the Sun. I think all of our planets are tilted in some way, I'm not sure about Mercury though.

Wether or not Kamino is tiled is anyone's guess. We could speculate from the pictures but we need to know where Tipoca is in relation to the equator, and, well, what time of day it is when we see it.

Otherwise maybe something from the Role Playing Game might have some data that just tells us.

I would assume Kamino has seasons unless the world is tidally locked in its orbit.

If the earth wasn't tilted, almost the whole planet would be jungle like
