Almost all the guys had long sleeved shirts on the boat. Plus they could have bought clothes while in the village.

 

I thought it was a brilliant strategy by Osten to sell his clothes so they'd have extra money. Which they didn't end up spending on anything but a bigger fee for the boat, or so it seemed.

So who all got big targets put on their backs last night?

I think that Ryan S., Andrew and Nicole (duh) did. Doesn't seem like the other tribe has had that happen yet. Yet.

 

Those I can't stand already:

Ryan aka whinny boy. "Where is my mommy?"

Scout trooper aka I know more than you because I wear a stupid scout uniform. "You need patience to be with kids (implying the rest of her tribe)". How did she not get kicked off with all seven feet on her arse is beyond me.

The art consultant: He looks stone.

Rupert: Big, fat, stupid, ugly. Although he talks like Hagrid so, which makes him less annoying than the other 3.

Girl who speaks like she has three hot potatoes in her mouth. The one who tore her dress to make a skirt for Rupert. Everytime she speaks I want to pluck out her tongue and fead it to the dogs.

They kicked the eye candy on the 1st show.

 

Drunk college boy reminds me of Merry & Pippin from LOTR

This show was great. It was the best of all of them so far.
They have a good lively bunch so far, not a bunch of whiners and attitude girls like the last couple.

I kept waiting for the other team to say "Who's got our shoes" but they must have never realized that they were gone.
You would have think that they would have seen the villagers wearing their shoes.

My wife wondered if any of the teams paid the boat captains to come back after a few days to take them back to the village for more supplies. (I'm sure that would be against the rules of course)

If you remember, they said they would all get naked if the one guy lost his shorts, so they did. It had nothing to do with the challenge, but is an alliance type thing.

 

Agreed on the eye candy, Nicole. Heck, Jeff Probst (sp) made mention she was not wearing anything underneath.

Already like Rupert. Taking the other tribe's shoes and bratering for more food. His contribution was overlooked because of Sandra. She is annoying me. Loosen up for pete's sake. I found it ironic he stole while he was as a troubled teen counselor. Too funny and clever. All around national pirate day.

Drake so far is looking stronger. They seem more together as a team even though Morgan has the strength with the 3 guys.

I thought Tijuana (spelling?) was a nice piece of eye candy.

 

I thought the first episode was great and Rupert was hilarious but no they kicked off Nicole. Stupid scout master person

 

Yep, Tijuana is a hottie, though her voice is pretty annoying.

I thought Nicole was pretty stupid to insinuate that Lilian (the Scoutmaster) was lying. Bad choice. Especially since she was involved in the conversation that named Lilian and Ryan S. as the two potential bootees. At that point, if she keeps her mouth shut she survives to play another day.

 

Only an hour of Survivor tonight. Oh well.

I think Drake wins immunity again.

 

I like tonights episode and I like the new twist that who ever wins the reward challenge gets to loot the other tribe's site!

Unless Drake wins everything then this may cause problems when the merge comes.

Didn't Drake get some chickens in the village? Did they eat them all already? Or did they escape?

 

Ya it was pretty sweet when they looted the other tribes base. This reminds me of the 1987 game called Sid Meier's Pirates... the best two-d game in the world.

 

I thought the Morgan tribe acted like babies when their site got looted.

And it's always good strategy when you WANT to get voted off, to vote for the person that everyone else votes for. Got some real brainiacs over in Morgan-land.

Rupert is hilarious. He honestly thinks he's a real pirate. He is far and away this season's star.

Osten was a wuss but I'd have kept him around for his strength. He might even perk up if they start winning challenges.

That mortician is nice looking.

When Drake was discussing looting Morgan's tribe, Rupert said ,"We don't need ot hurt them." Do you think he was being sympathetic towards the other team? Or was he implying that Morgan is so bad at the challenges that they don't need to worry about them and can take whatever they need for themselves?

Did Morgan really not have a water jug or did they hide all their good stuff so that Drake wouldn't have anything to loot?

I felt bad for them when they lost that tarp. I probably wouldn't have helped that girl take it down either. But turnabout is fair play and I bet they'll get something good (or just take their tarp back) in the coming weeks. I'd like to see then loot Rupert's fishing sprear- it'd be like stealing his girlfriend.

 

I think at this point in the game, Rupert was thinking that it was better to get something that would help their tribe instead of hurting the other tribe. Of course, since the other tribe just has that big bowl for carrying water, they didn't have much that they could take.

Osten would have to be right up there as one of the worst contestants ever! Big, physical guy and he says his body is giving out. Suuuure. And he was making fun of "skinny Ryan".

 

After the very first survivor I hated all the sequels. They kept choosing pretty over interesting but this time around they chose interesting and I'm hooked.

I love how Morgan refers to Rupert as Grizzly Adams. I love Rupert. He's my fave so far.

What's interesting is that no one in Morgan has any particular area of expertise. In Drake Sandra is the negotiator. She was excellent when they were gathering their items. Rupert is big and he's determined. Others are good swimmers etc.

Lilian is useless. I think her scouts would have drowned before they got to the island.

Osten is an ass. I hope they do boot him. He doesn't have a tough bone in his body. I get the feeling he's more concerned about losing his muscle tone than he is about anything else.

I also amazed at how together Drake is as a team and how far apart Morgan is. When Drake has to start voting people off it'll be very difficult for them.

 

Nicole got kicked off because aside from wearing nothing underneath her dress, there is nothing underneath her hair.

I changed my opinion about Rupert completely. He kicks ass. Still can't stand the girl with the three hot boiled potatoes in her mouth. Latina girl who went to Morgan camp is starting to be annoying and I think Morgan is dreaming of taking her apart.

Osten is a wuss. Enough said.

Ryan is out and he should not have been here this week. Morgan kicked the eye candy out and see how lame they looked in the reward challenge? I was laughing so hard. They have paid for their lack of vision. And they are still stuck with the Scout mother.

Question: Why did all the losers get put in the same tribe?

Yeah, Drake have some losers too but in challenge, not as much as the other Morgan.

 

I've noticed something, as long as they leave that lawyer *&^#%@%! in charge of Morgan tribe, they'll never get anywhere. He now has them conditioned to believe they'll lose every challenge and that the only way they'll win one is just by luck of the odds that eventually it will be Drake's turn to lose. Last thursday was their best chance to win immunity yet, and they blew it. I believe if they didn't have Mr. Armani preaching his propaganda Osten may have been able to better take the pressure. You make your own luck, and as long as they go into challenges expecting to lose unless they just get lucky, they will continue to lose.

If I were in Morgan tribe, I would have been trying to lead the mutiny to send him packing that night.

 

I don't think they should have voted Lil off. But I think she had the wrong attitude, she wasn't totally mentally ready for it. Well she was mentally prepared to get voted off. Since the first episode she thought she was going to get voted off. She had no faith in herself or really that she could be valuable enough to her tribe and didn't trust that her tribe would see that.

 

This is turning out to be one of the most fun seasons yet. Can't wait to see what's in the treasure chest. Also, what does Drake take if they win the next reward challenge? There's not much left.

 

I'm glad they didn't vote off Dara. She's cute.

I didn't think Rupert would win that immunity challenge. I can't believe how emotionally strong that guy is.
Anyone think they're going to mix the teams up or anything?

 

Oh I hope not!!! I love seeing them get pounded!!
