Getting the Obi-wan Exclusive was tough, but things have improved with each successive order. Getting Han was a little easier, and with Mace they didn't bother with including all the photos on the order page and that sped up things even more.

 

That's what I'm thinking.

 

Oh ****, then I'm gonna be even more stressed than I was about getting the Mace Exclusive then.

but what does that have to do with the helmet remarks?? oh god....its going to be lando...

 

Helmet? Where did they mention a helmet? That was for the last figure w/ the exclusive Jango helmet. I thought that they said no armored characters this year while they figure out how to get the dimensions right.

If they DID figure it out and we've got Boba Fett coming, I'll happily pass on him

Yup, the helmet comments were for the Exclusive Mace figure. I don't think we've gotten any hints about what's being revealed this week.

 

Humm well Dave over at RS, who seems to have an IN w/ the SS guys, has said that the figure will be from the pre-existing 2 lines, not a Sith, Scum, or Military.

Instant sell-out? I'm voting for Bespin Leia.

 

I hope we find out tomorrow because I'm leaving for Spring Break on Friday and won't have access to a computer

I hope you are right about Leia though!!!! I'm so excited to find out who it is!!!!

 

Would be funny if sideshow got us thinking about what character is is out the movies they are going to be making then just blew us away with making a george lucas figure.

 

that would be another for me to pass on...he gets enough of my money, i dont need to spend money on him.

 

Leia is one I'll definitely pass on. They said there were going to be about ten figures for 2006. We've gotten six so far and will learn at least one more tonight. I just don't see why they can't tell us the rest of this year's line. It would only serve to increase the hype. I mean how much more excitement would be generated if you had more than a week to pre-order?

 

Well they said that there will only be 10 that will be manufactured this year...so that means even when we hit 10 figures we probably will still have more coming out who will then be slated for 2007 release. Apparently there's no confirmation that Snowbunny Padme will be coming for this year. That actually leaves the door open that we could get a different Padme figure before her. Think about it, there was no certainty that she'd win the EU contest and considering she is one of the main characters there's a very real possibility that they already had her planned.

Now I've been thinking about this, Dave over on RS said that the exclusive will sell out faster than anything has so far...what if the next figure is ROTS Mustafar Padme - and the exclusive are the twins?????

That would be insane. I wouldn't even bother trying to order because Sideshow's site wouldn't just crash, it would burn right to the internet ground it would be so overloaded.
