There's this really awesome fanart drawing of an Ithorian Jedi I once found. I really love it, and it captures the art of them so beautifully. I like Whiphids too, though, which is the sad part of this.

 

That first one is very tough. Prior to reading DNT, I would have probably gone with Whiphid, but now, the vote is for Ithorian and Gen'dai
