Jack looked around the surrounding Base. The destruction was still overwhelming. He turned around to look under some shrapnel when something in the distance, metal, caught his eye.Without having to think twice about it he knew it was a T-22.He turned to the others.

"Guys,theres a T-22 about 350 Yards, 12:00."

Jack said, quiet enough that the beatsly machine wouldn't track them.

Getting to the shed would be nearly impossible.

 

obiwankenobilover, i apologize for that. you posted in your bio that you were born and raised in San Fran so I assumed you'd want to be there. Sorry again.

Long_Live_The_Rebels, If i didnt mention any weapons in your section, then unfortunetaly you dont have any.

Mr_Sith, i said you 3 arent aware of each other. but i dont see a problem, as long as your comrades follow suit.

 

Yes she was born there but did you read more that she was in LA for a convention and was visiting her grandfather but we can say that she stayed with him until it was safe enough to go back and they are now in San Fran.

 

Jacob waves frantically. "Hey! Hello! Please Stop! I have information, training, skills! There are these robots. They tore though most of the area. Silicon valley is now a slag heap. So is most of the peninsula, as well as the East Bay. Golden Gate is the only bridge left. The only reason there's anything left in all of SF is that Presidio was decommisioned."

James turned to Jack with what looked like a blank stare. The glimmer in his eyes resembled that of a killer's insanity, and his voice was a very low whisper that the T-22 would easily miss. "A T-22, you say? Well, let the fireworks begin." (OOC: This is where I wish I had the assault rifle I mentioned in my bio. [faca_silly]) "Fan out and get to the comm tower through separate access points. If we split up, it can't cover us as easily."

Edward pulls up to the man, "come in, we are so glad to see someone, I thought my granddaughter and I were only the Adams and Eve," tries to be funny.

Evelyn was sliding over as she heard her grandfather's remark, "grandpa," her voice was stern."

IC as Bruce McNeil

: Huggard I got a jeep... looks like its got some civilians in it, ETA 3 minutes and off to the south weve got worse problems a fast approaching MMU(Machine Mobile Unit). I'm guessing 12 miles out maybe closer. I think we got about 7 minutes.

Kyle listened to the others, "Hey guys, I have a nice little plan to confuse that T-22!"

Kyle looked down and picked up an average size rock and tossed it in the opposite direction of the weapon shed.

The T-22 looked towards the place where the rock landed and slowly headed towards it.

"You guys head for the shed silently, I'll keep the T-22 occupied for a little bit, oh, and grab me some weapons, accually grab all the weapons you can carry!"

Fred Gorn

Loads his weapon,and talks out a battle plan. He knows he has found all the surviors he can. So he begins to talk out a stragey with Spike Spiegel. He gets volunteers from the surviors he rounded up

"We aren't the only ones. I keep hearing weapons fire in the distance, and these strange chrome-plated robots of some kind patrol in numbers looking for something. I'm guessing they have something to do with the nukes, but... um... Did you say 'Adam & Eve'?" He looks nervously at the woman. "Um, wow. I hadn't even considered what would happen to the... I mean, I thought the human race was gonna die out... I mean... You know... It's not really something I'd thought about... ...

James turned on Kyle, slight agitation in his voice. "Do I look like Solid Snake to you!?" he whispered vehemently. He kept his angry stare, all the while pondering the idea. "Actually, you may have a point."

James then turned his attention to Jack. "You take the left, I'll take the right. If that 'thing' has to focus on all three of us, it'll be sure to need a cybernetic Tylenol before this day is through." A smirk crossed James' face as he began to slink slowly and sliently to the right-side access corridors. One standard issue nightmare, coming up, he thoguht to himself in a grisly voice.

Heinrich Wolfe

Pasadena, California

"Everyone alright?" Heinrich inquired after bumpily driving over a mound of dirt, concrete, and skeletal remains in a place that once was a beautiful landscape now turned into a wasteland of death. In the back of the Jeep were his two passengers; a ragged looking child boy of eight years who had yet to talk since he picked him up and a one armed woman who looked like she did not know where she was or why she was there in the first place.

Heinrich sighed when he got no reply from his passengers. From what he could tell through the broken rearview mirror, they seemed to be fine. At least they are still alive. The American born German tilted the broken mirror slightly to get a better look at something he saw.

"Oh ****." He said after twisting around in his seat to confirm what he saw behind them. A Machine Mobile Unit was approaching fast and the former S.W.A.T. sniper had no idea if the thing saw them or not. "Hold on to your seats you two." He warned as he accelerated the vehicle down the non-existant path he chose.

"okay, on my mark!"

Kyle stood up alittle more and throw a bunch of rocks way away from the weapon shed. The T-22 became distracted even more and moved even more towards the rocks.

"Go!"

While they started to go, Kyle kept up the barrage of rocks , leading the T-22 away.

**Bruce McNeil stod up in his gielie suit just before the jeep ran over him, He just stod there as it slammed on the breaks and came to a stop**

"Hope on and I hope you know a place we can hide." Heinrich said, shoving the passenger door open. Once his new passenger closed the door, Heinrich did not wait for him to strap himself in. He gunned the gas, kicked up a cloud of dirt and raced to get more distance between them and the MMU.

:Up there 1/4 mile we got a weapons locker,pull up and everyone grab sumin

**The jeep pulls up to the locker and Bruce jumps out and goes inside and grabs a .50 sniper he aims down at the MMU and fires a round into the lead but the bullet just bounces off**

Damnit, its iron plated were just gonna have to fight them...... get ready

Jack took off. He saw a covering pile of Debris not far ahead.

Come On!!

He saw Kyle throw the rocks, distracting the T-22. That was good.

Jack almost jumped to the pile. Trying not to land too hard. His breathing was fine, after being a Seal, he knew how to run well.

 

"Nice to meet you Magellan, I am Edward, Ed you can call me and this my granddaughter Evelyn."

She smiles at him, "hi, well we need to do is to see if we can find anymore survivors or maybe a shelter or something or someonw."

Abandoned Navy SEAL Base

By the time the T-22 got to the rocks, it realized what was happening. It swiveled around and fired its 4 mini-guns at the human throwing the rocks. As laserfire erupted, an internal alert was triggered and a Machine Air Assault Unit was launched from a nearby base. ETA was 10 minutes.

[color=blue]As the bullet hit and bounced off the MMU, it calculated the direction of the gun and turned on its infrared sensors. It saw several people in an automobile. The MMU accelerated and open fired. [/color]

[color=blue]Meanwhile, [b]Bruce McNeil's[/b] radio clicked. "McNeil! Pick up those survivors you reported and get your ass back to Alpha Base! Connor is ordering an evacuation! IT looks like the GRID knows our little hiding spot..."[/color]

[color=blue][b]Louis Wood[/b] has stumbled upon a small makeshift hospital. The head doctor welcomes him. "It's so good to have another doctor around. We've been getting quite a number of patients lately. And we lost 3 doctors last week. Shot by those damn machines. I'm not really sure what the hell is going on. No one does actually. But theres been a rumor going around that a resistance is forming. The odd thing is, its a reistance against machines... Anyways, if youre hungry, theres a cafeteria on the 3rd floor. If you can stick around, we could really use you.[/color]

[color=blue]During the conversation, a very large explosion goes off in the city. Machine Air Assault Units are seen in the distance firing at unknown objects on the ground. A human flare also goes up. [/color]

Jack heard Gunfire go off, and it wasn;t our normal pistol.

DAMN!

Jack saw that the T-22 was distracted and ran for the weapons shed,it was their only chance.

 

IC: Kyle Krueger

"Damn!" yelled kyle as incoming fire rang overhead, "At least its distracted."

Kyle using the ruins as cover, crawled away from the T-22, occasionly throwing rocks over his head keeping the T-22 occupied with him and not the others.
