ST TFA Tickets / When and where are you seeing it?

Fandango finally loaded the times for my area about an hour ago. When I clicked on the first showing it said tix would go on sale at 10 PM eastern. However, when I refreshed the page a few minutes later it let me buy them, no problem.

 

Tikcets on sale on Fandango already??

 

Yup yup Fandango seems to be live somewhat. Only three theaters were listed for Thursday showings in St. Pete FL. Thankfully the theater I like is one of them and I got my tickets.

Killer seats dead center for 2D 7pm showing and same seats for 3D 10:30pm showing. Just got to do up my costume and I'll be ready to rock!

So for a Cinemark preorder, would I be "XD 3D Senior" (does this just mean adult, or senior like...old person?) or "XD 3D AD Wknd Evening"?

 

They have them up for AMC theatres in the Detroit area. I'm still waiting for MJR and Emagine.

 

Just snagged 6 tickets for the 7pm showing at our local IMAX as well. Glad I got tickets with reserved seating. Won't have to worry about lines or think about this again before the 17th.

Forget it, I ordered the 3D XD AD Wknd Evening. I can exchange them (probably) on the day of if I have to. I'm not going to risk not having my tickets.

 

You have GOT to be kidding me!!!!! I left work a few minutes early just because I was worried the tickets would go on sale early, and they went on sale while I was driving home!!!! I get home and check and almost the entire IMAX theater is sold out. I was able to nap the third row back from the GIANT IMAX screen, that's going to suck. But at least I'm in the middle...

 

Is anyone else able to get through to Fandango at the moment? I'm getting an HTTP Error 503 service not available.

And Fandango crashed. Does anyone know the last time a movie crashed Fandango in the US?

Fandango crashed, I knew that was going to happen.

 

Every theatre chain around here is playing TFA all throught the night on every screen... And they're virtually all sold out! I booked four tickets. It was intense. Not the best seats in the world, but decent. 12:01am on Dec 17th. My first midnight screening ever!

 

Either my internet connection is sporadic or AMCTheatres.com is experiencing above-normal traffic right now...

YES! Tickets booked! Best seats in the house for Friday the 18th at 7 pm! Real IMAX 3d. Also booked tickets for sunday too.

I would almost get through on Fandango, would get to the picking seats and then would crash. I was on my laptop and phone and my boyfriend on his laptop. We finally got through on the AMC website and got some of the last tickets at our theater. Not the seats we wanted, but I'm just happy to have tickets.

Apparently someone got confused, they were supposed to go on sale at 10pm EST/7PST and went at 7pm EST. Oops!
