I'm not fused about going but my Dad and Sister will probably be getting the 2nd show tickets next monday.

 

They aint coming to Perth so I don't get to see them.

Yeah, but Perth is all the way over the other side of the country and because the people over here are idiots there is now hardly anywhere for bands to come and perform, unless you want a huge venue. And most of those places you can't perform because of the idiots that decide they want to live next door/above/whatever an established place that lots of bands go to and then they complain about the noise so the bands can no longer perform. Or events like the BDO come along and more idiots throw bottles at the bands they dislike, and they spread the word so other bands don't come. Even Perth bands more often than not don't bother coming back to Perth to perform because it is such a hole...

Yeah, I love living in Perth, I really do...

 

F_A that's one of the reasons I want to get outta this freakin' place. Run bun a bunch of ejits, it is.
We have absolutely no where for bands to perform with a substantial crowd. Especially international bands who needs to make even more money to cover their travel costs etc.
Our last big venue is the Burswood Dome, and even that's not big...not to mention it's getting knocked down eventualy too.
Instead they give us this ****ing convention center bollocks of a building that can house only a few grand of people.
Grrr.
