I would have put it on screen in RotS as the only change

 

I liked the canon death with her getting her lightsaber taken during the battle of Coruscant and she basically knows that the Sith are coming but stays in her room in the temple anyways to record holocron a for the future jedi before getting stabbed by Anakin.

 

This one

 

I liked her fate in The Force Unleashed the most, where she fights Starkiller on Felucia and dies. This showed just how skilled and powerful she actually is, so did her character a lot of justice. How would I change it? I'd keep the fact that she went into hiding on Felucia and became connected to the planet, but replace Starkiller with Vader. I would absolutely love to see a Vader film or TV show where Shaak Ti is his main enemy. She could be the last Jedi out there (apart from Obi-Wan, Yoda, Ahsoka and Ezra), and Vader's final big mission before the events of A New Hope is to hunt her down. This would give her the feats to back up her legendary reputation in the Jedi Order. I just hate to see so many great Jedi characters from the prequels wasted.




As for her other fates and how I'd improve them:
Captured and killed by Grievous: I'd have her duel with him shown, so this way Grievous comes off as a bigger threat. One of the lightsabers he fights Obi-Wan with on Geonosis could even be hers.
Killed by Anakin in the Jedi Temple: I would also show her duel with him, so Anakin's first big feat as Vader is killing one of the Jedi Order's greatest swordsmen, making him instantly come off as a huge threat.

They had the perfect opportunity to show either of those in season 7 of The Clone Wars.

If I'm going by myself, I want to go to Coruscant. I love Urban Sprawl vacations, and being on a planet that's one big city ... there's got to be a ton to see. Monuments, museums, cultural sites, etc.

If I'm taking the twins, how about we go to the Forest Moon of Endor, so we can some ewoks to babysit?

 

Naboo due to the gorgeous landscape and gungans areone of my favorite species.

 

Kasshyyyk. I love huge trees, mountains, lakes and giant, unintelligible hairy people (like the Coffey brothers).

 

Coruscant. I could live all of my life there, and never even experience half of what's there.

 

I was going to say Naboo, Tatooine or Scarif. But I feel like I could get a similar experience to Naboo with some places here on Earth. Tatooine just might not be that pleasant. And Scarif is under Imperial control. So I'll go with a left field answer and say Aeos Prime.

The entire world is covered in ocean with islands of coral scattered across the surface. It would be like staying on an abandoned tropical island. Very peaceful. Very beautiful. I'd enjoy it a lot.

 

Alderaan. I bet they have gorgeous art museums.

Utapau. It's the most out there for me. Sink hole planet. It's natural, but I'd of never thought of that one. We don't really have anything like it on Earth. It's maybe the most designed of all the Star Wars worlds. We have lava. We have snow. We have deserts. But there are no giant Sink Hole cites.
