Darth Vader is the easy number one, no sense trying to outhink it.

But number two, and this is maybe because I have such fond memories of playing with the Jabba's Palace playset as a kid and I was playing with that thing and making up my own stories in my basement before I really understood what what was happening Return of the Jedi, and let's be honest here, those twirly horns are ****ing cool, but the mask that Lando wears to conceal his identity and get into the palace and onto the barge, that's my number two.



Next up is a very similar story, I just didn't think this one looked quite as cool - probably could have used a few twirly bones to help it become more badass. But damn, did that action figure have some prominence, crossing over into the worlds of GI Joe and the Transformers and kicking ass along the way. Princess Leia as Boussh:



Rise of Skywalker didn't give us many good things (and most of what good it gave us is named Babu), but it did give us the sweet (even though it made no sense at all in the character arc) reformed helmet of Kylo Ren, with the sweet reconstruction marks



And, finally, for the symbolic purpose is gave along the way, and how it represented the growth and spread of his character, I've got to list Din's Mandalorian helmet. When he takes it off to save Baby Yoda, and takes it off to bond with Baby Yoda, we can feel that moment. It's even more powerful than when Luke takes off his father's helmet.
