    #5. Wedge Antilles vs Luke Skywalker - This is a very, very close match in my opining. But as much as I respect Luke and his abilities in the cockpit, the fact that he pretty much left the cockpit permanently to become a full time Jedi tips this in Wedge's favor for me. Wedge has always found excuses to get back int he cockpit and fly every chance he can get, even when his rank says he should leave to less seasoned pilots who don't matter as much. He hands down the single best pure pilot in this draft and would really only lose regularly to one other pilot.

    Luke has the Force which he can and will use against Wedge. He is not only the Number One Force User, he is also the Number One pilot who is Always taken first in this draft. If that doesn't make him the GOAT, then I might as well forfeit the rest of my matches right now!

    Kasan Moor vs. Shawnkyr Nuruodo

    Shawnkyr Nuruodo flew with Spike Squadron for a good amount of time under Jag Fel and she survived the mission to save Ganner Rhysode, Jacen, and Corran from Garqi. Then they flew in the battle to protect Ithor. Then she and Jag set up Vangaurd Squardon which was held in high regard, Mara says, and I quote,

    “You’ve seen how Jag and his pilots operate. Well, multiply that by ten and you might come up with something that approximates your average Chiss. Remember, Vanguard Squadron represents the imaginative, risk taking extreme.”

    Nuruodo was Fel’s wing guard and the very definition of this explanation from Mara. She later takes over command of Vanguard Squadron and during the Vong war survives the Battle of Ylesia and the Battle of Ebaq. She goes back to Chiss space for awhile and returns to the Battle of Yuuzhan’tar where she again survives with her Chiss Clawcraft fighting in Twin Suns Squadron. These were all heavy battles that anyone would be lucky to survive and my girl Nuruodo did so, Kasan Moor lost to Crix Medine, who isn’t even drafted, Come on folks.

    That was after the destruction of Alderaan (her home planet) which not only caused her to lose faith in the Empire, but lead to her defecting to the Rebellion, hardly fair to judge her by that loss when she was at the cusp of defecting to the very people she was sent to fight.

    Before that she was an elite Imperial pilot who was well thought of enough to be given command of her own TIE Interceptor squad which was thought of as "the best of the best" by Rogue Squadron. After her defection she was good enough to make it into Luke's Rogue Squadron and was instrumental in many victories over the Empire. She was able to gain Wedge's trust by saving him and became so well thought of by him that he personally requested her assistance in the Battle of Calamari after she had retired to become an advisor. She is someone who demonstrated great skill who has flown with and is highly thought of by two of the absolute best pilots in this draft (among others).
