I just got back from Old Trafford...

Congratulations Arsenal! Today was the day you became Premier league champions 2003/04. Their are certain players at United who are not worthy to wear the red shirt!

Kleberson is a waste of space!
Nicky Butt has always been an ordinary player! Nothing more!
    Wes Brown can't defend!

If Ferguson picks his best eleven, we are good enough to beat anyone. However, beyond that eleven it looks pretty bleak!!!!

    *FORCE_SKIN burns his season ticket

What a waste, drawing with Leeds. What the hell is up with Man United?

    :p Hurrah for Arsenal!

Nicky Butt has always been an ordinary player! Nothing more!

Nicky Butt is a class act and definatly good enough for United. Pele said he was one of the best players at the last World Cup! I would be more sad to see him leave United than I was Beckham.

Nicky Butt is ordinary (at best), he always has been. Name one time when he has had any influence on a game. He was non existent today and isn't good enough for united (never has been).

To compare him to David Beckham is insane. Becks worked his sock off for United in every game he played. He was supposed to have been sold because of the media circus he created, but since he's gone it's been fergusons media circus concerning 'Rock of Gibraltar' that has dominated the back (and sometimes front) pages.

If butt is that good, why didn't Madrid buy him (or anyone for that matter)???

P.S, Pele predicted Columbia would win the World cup!

Butt is good, but would I complain if he's sold off? Nope. However, I'd much rather see Ferguson sell Kleberson (sp?) first. So far, Kleberson hasn't contribute much.

And I'd be the first to cheer if Beckham came back to Old Trafford, but I don't see that happening any time soon.

Becks worked his sock off for United in every game he played.

And Butt doesn't? Butt gives 100% every match and he is very consistant. He has been a fixture in the United squad for nearly a decade now, if he was just ordinary he'd of been let go like Greening, Wilson and the rest of the young ones that weren't good enough. Butt proved his worth and has been doing ever since, hes a fantastic player and theres no surprise that so many clubs were interested in him recently.

Like you said, he has been a squad player, not first team. And nobody wanted him, he expressed his desire to leave so why didn't he go. He is a waste of space and is probably the most inconsistant player around, hence his lack of first team play. Phil Neville is a defender and he has played more games as a makeshift midfielder than butt this year, what does that tell you.

Today was just another example of his great ability to give the ball away and fade into the game as if he isn't playing. If thats him giving 100%, I don't want him playing for my team.

Ack! It's not as if you deserved your point! :) Southampton were outplayed throughout. Should've been 0-5 at half time.

Rooney had Southampton in his pocket, the penalty WASN'T a penalty, and the last goal was a fluke.

    So there. [face_mischief]

All's fair in love and football!

You're right though, Saints were terrible in the first half but Everton didn't take their chances and kill us off!

I knew it would be a draw :D

Pompy beat Liverpool 1-0 in the FA Cup  I hate Liverpool but I was kind of hoping they would win as they'd provide tougher opposition for Arsenal, but while watching the match I didn't care about that and I'm glad Portsmouth won. Unfortunatly I think they will get rolled over by Arsenal, oh well.

Great result for Pompey, but I can't see them beating Arsenal. I hope they do though.
