...what? Unscathed? I would hardly say that. It's undeniable that Ep1 (and midi-chlorians in particular) created a great schism in Star Wars fandom.



PS: I am somehow physically unable to write "midi-chlorians" without first typing it CHOLRIANS. Go figure...

 

you know- i just like the concept midichlorians really they are mystic since they exists- but you don't know what they are-

if Force will be reduced to be power coming from the "generator" or made by 3 bizarre deities- then i'm worried

Also i think midichlorians will gain mention in this series sooner or later

anyway i have more problems with these dragonforms than midis ever- damn it you cannot even see them- they can be miniaturedragons if that's so damn epic then it's just a name for things they cannot understand i can call those dragons Forcesaurs but that don't make them any more scientific than they are neither does name midichlorian but it makes it possible for fans to decided whether or not Force is scientific or is it magic- i prefer both since scientific magic is absolutely great idea.....

And I like idea of very small lifeforms being cause of the Force - and many many other choices can be worse than them IMO

This. And the insider article is very specific about the whole midichlorians and the mystical side of the Force. The midichlorians are merely a link between a person and the Force. Not the Force itself.

Damn, that preview is so stunning... I hate to admit to it, but I've never been this excited about an upcoming episode/arc before. I don't want to get my hopes up but I'm giddy as a teenage girl.

I'm wondering what will be the event leading them to go there in the first place. Will they end up there by 'accident' or will something lead them there... questions, questions, questions

Which were almost certainly bacteria that were somehow integrated into the cells of multi-cellular organisms for mutual advantage. I dont see why so many have an issue with midichlorians, they're just fancy mitochondria.
