Umbara banner?

Though I wouldn't mind an Umbara banner.

 

Did you guys notice, that it seems that the slavers empire, and the way the buildings were made looked like Babylon.

Also the streets (that are shown in the beginning of the episode), have an "old" feel to it. It is like something you would see in a movie taking place along time ago.

There was also an egyptian vibe as well.

To bad Ahsoka didn't say "LET MY PEOPLE GO" to the queen, while shaking her lightsaber.

This episode would have been even better if the slaves sung "Deliver us" from Prince of Egypt. Sure some lyrics would have to be tweaked.

This liking of the Slaves arc is forcing me to slow down my work on the banner.

 

Everybody, let's all just concede that we didn't like this episode (even if we did), so GG can work on his Umbara banner in peace and quiet, hmmmkay?

GGrievous's banners suspiciously do not ever include an image of Ahsoka.

 

I don't think I've ever seen Ahsoka in a LACWAC banner since I joined these forums.

 

Um, didn't the Mortis banner picture Ahsoka? It's so long ago, I'm not sure.

In any case it's totally selfless of GG to make a Mortis banner in the first place. You've got to give him that.

 

Hahahahahaha, hmmkay. How about a Kit Fisto banner, GG

 

Maybe we'll get a banner with a big "Ad-Blocked" sign over her head. I think that's the most we can expect.

Humble- It should be completed soon. Also, thanks. I'm still not a fan of Mortis.

Fistofan- I promised koonfan a Plo Koon banner a while back, but I'm not sure about that since he's barely active at the moment on LACWAC. I'll consider making a Fisto banner for you, 55 and 1.

Yeah, I've been missing him.

 

I'm not able to be very active either, mostly due to college work. busy busy. But I've had my tests now so I'm ready for some more clone wars...oh wait...it's a break..sigh...

 

GG is definitely THE MAN for making so many awesome banners for us LACWACers to enjoy.

 

Actually, she may have now that I think about it. I may have been jumping to conclusions as I remember you saying how you block any Ahsoka images. Regardless, the banners are always well done.

 

Ahsoka was in the one for LAPR and "Brain Invaders". Either those were made by GG or he took credit for them.

Seerow: Yeah I created the Landing one. I also made the Legacy banner too, but there was no Ahsoka in the banner.

 

Wasn't there a banner for "Brain Invaders" and Ahsoka and Barris were in it? I may be losing my mind...

 

There was going to be a Brain Invaders banner, but I never finished it. From that arc, only Landing and Legacy banners made it through.

Of course, this was back in 09 when I had more time to create banners.

 

Ani was beautifully animated in this episode.

Otherwise, it was a really well written & directed episode. Loving this arc, real good stuff!

 

Well, this is a few years later, after combat war experience, with a wife back home.
That'll make a difference.

 

That's funny. Next to Rex she's probably my favorite character on the show.
