As for Bball and Wrestling, SG-1 can be scrappy in both. There are a couple times they play Bball, and Teal'c is a monster in hand-to-hand stuff. Obviously they aren't beating actual Bball players, but its something.

 

With Haywoode Workman I am taking the approach that he was a pro, but also is a referee.

I would assume that e can exercise his authority and play at the same time.
