IC as Dumbledore:

Dumbledore placed the hat on James's head and once it had barely touch his hairs, it screamed 'SLYTHERIN!' James seemed delighted...

Albus put the hat back up in its solitary shelf. The hat seemed to be wheezing and gasping for breath after being placed on Rockhearted's head.
" Your House is Slytherin, James," Dumbledore, " the password is 'Snake blood' and since there is an opening for Head Boy, I am going to ask you to fill it in."
Dumbledore handed James the Slytherin HB Badge, and then signaled towards the door.
" Now off you go...enjoy the rest of dinner." Albus a with a polite smile. Before James left, Albus caught his attention and looked at him with his glasses lowered, " I'm keeping an eye on you, Rockhearted."

IC:Cedric walked down the Entrance Hall when he bumped into James,"I see you're the Head Boy in Slytherin,James,pretty cool,huh?"Yeah,and your point is,Cedric Dumbledore,you admire it or something?"No"

James nodded to the proffessor and walked down the stairs.
ofcourse he would have his eyes in him, in time. Everyone will.. icnluding.. Harry...Potter

When he took a step towards the dininghall he bumped into someone, who said something wich James couldnt understand.
He looked at him for a moment.
"Get out of my way"
James simply replied and pushed him aside.


James strode into the dining hall, a wibe of something hit the room.. no one could place a finger on it.. But it just happend when James entered the room.

James walked up to the Slytherin table, and with a loud and clear voice he said.
"My Name is James Rockhearted. According to the Hat, I have been assigned to this house.. the slytherins. And our dear Proffessor has assigned me as head Boy."

He looked at a person who sat just next to where he stood.. "and now is the time when you let your chair be mine"

The person nodded and got out of the seat, for he felt that it was unessesary to not do as James had told him.

"Thank you" James simply replied with a voice of dispice (sp?) while sitting down, he once again turned his head towards Harry and nodded and smiled.

Ophelia, along with practically everyone one else in the Great Hall, looked over to the Slythering table from her spot at the Ravenclaw one. They guy she had seen with Dumbledore earlier was over there now with a brand new, shiny Head Boy badge on his robes. Already he was spewing out orders, loud enough for many to hear.

"This room is just filled with drama tonight!" Ophelia yelled, not being able to contain herself. As many kids looked over to see who had yelled, she shrugged. "Well, it is true."

Vanessa looked at Ophelia as she screamed out from the table.
"It is true," Vanessa only added to what Ophelia had said.

James turned his head towards the girl who had yelled. "Oh it is?.. well.. what kind of drama are you talking about?"
this school is filled to the edge with lowerclass students.. a thought flashed by in his mind.

His clear blue eyes looked at her, allmost if like they were searching through her mind.

Harry wondered why Hermione would think Alan didn't like her. So what if Alan was also getting cozy with Hannah from Hufflepuff?
" I think he likes you." Harry said consolingly. Ron nodded his head in agreement.

Albus walked back to his seat at the High Table, and found where James was sitting at the Slytherin Table. He was going to keep a literal watch on James during Great Hall meals.

Ophelia stood up from across the room as if facing an opponent. "What do you mean 'what kind of drama'? If you would have been a regular student eating in this room when a tall, mysterious stranger wanders in asking for Dumbledore, then coming back sporting a Head Boy badge, perhaps you would have noticed, too. Especially after your little display of power over there. Really, making someone give you their seat, Your Highness?" Ophelia made sure her sarcasm got through to him.

"Just a little tip. If you keep acting like that, I wouldn't expect to be welcomed with much warmth if I were you," she added.

IC as Harry Potter:

Harry looked over at the commotion going on between the Ravenclaw and Slytherin tables. A Ravenclaw girl was having an argument with the person who had barged into the Great Hall earlier answering the call for a meeting with Dumbledore.
Harry didn't trust this person either. He had given him a cruel, arrogant smile upon entering the Hall as though he was the best and everyone else was lower than low.
" That new git..." Ron said, gritting his teeth.

IC: Cho put up the list of players on the ravenclaw common room noticeboard. Luna was beater, vanessa was chaser and Ophelia was reserve player.
Walking out of the commonroom she wondered where everyone was.

NOTE TO ALL: To speed up the pace of this RPG, I will be 'passfowarding' through time to all the important days, like Saturday-the first Hogsmeade trip. This method will begin once dinner in the Great Hall is finished. Thanks for reading.

when does the quiddich season start corry? i just finished OOTP again and it starts a few weeks after the first hogsmeade weekend

 

OOC: Well, we're not gonna by the year five schedule. It's a little diff every time possibly. Quidditch Season shall begin at the end of September in HP time. It won't take long to get there with this new passfowarding time method of mine. Even though Lady_Jedi26 left, Luna can still be on the Ravenclaw team!

when are the gryffindor trials? don't gryffindor need new beaters and chasers?

 

OOC: oh yeah, uh...lemme see...to make this quick with no fuss...

Cho Chang-Captain of Ravenclaw team
Draco Malfoy-Captain of Slytherin team
undecided-Captain of Hufflepuff team

Draco of course should be the capt. of Slytherin team, and then Harry is capt. of Gryffindor team obviously too. Whoever is in Gryffindor and wants to play Quidditch, say so.

But so far on Gryffindor team-Ginny, Harry, Ron, uh who else is already on it? Just those three right? So we need four more. FOUR! jeez, we need a a lot! [face_shocked]

As for the Dueling Club, the first Meeting will be on Saturday after the Hogsmeade Weekend and it will be moderated by Severus Snape and Remus Lupin.

Here's how it will work-

the first few sessions (there shall be a session every four days in HP time) will consist of random matchings and review of old spells, then there will be practice duels between two or multiple people for the whole school to watch! [face_grin] Eventually, there will be tournaments and championships, and by May of the school year, there will emerge the Four House Champions-one from each house, the Four Best Champions (statistically), and the Supreme Champion (the guy or girl who trumps all). These champions will have key roles in defending Hogwarts from the June attack by Voldemort.

My intention is that the Dueling Club will be the primary feature of this RPG-a way people can have fun and have actual magical duels. A key hightlight is that people will be able to invent their own spells (not god-mode like though) and use them on others. Quidditch of course, will be a rivaling feature.

IC: Cho walked in to the great hall for dinner. "Sorry i'm late," she said to the ravencalws. "I put the list for quiddich up."

James looked at the yelling girl.. not realy understanding what her point was.
"Firstly, Im starting to think.. that some magic has made something with your temper. Seccondly. I would never be a regual student. Im exeptional. And you are not."
And with that point made, he turned around.. looked at the other members of the slytherin house, who where stuned by the events.
"Well go on fellow students.. time to eat"

In his back, he could feel Dumbledores eyes.

IC as Harry Potter:

Harry was about to reply to Cho, when he heard the new Slytherin's statements. He could feel himself burning in anger. He walked over to the person and shouted at his back.
" Exceptional, eh? Its your scummy arrogance that shall doom the Magical World to the wrath of Voldemort!" Harry shouted.
Draco Malfoy leapt up.
" Beat it, Potter. Scurry back to your piddling table of losers." Malfoy taunted.

"Make me," he taunted, but Cho ignored him.

 

OOC: Since *somebody* ignored my first post, we'll just pretend it didn't exist and start again.

IC:

Elena stirred her hot soup around her bowl absent mindedly. She wasn't very hungry tonight. She was wondering when the Quidditch tryouts would be as she thought she had a good chance to make it on the team. She continued to sit around idly when she noticed a commotion on the other side of the Great Hall.

Slytherins are so arrogant... she thought, but decided to stay out of it.
